...and so he got demoted to gatekeeper.
...ever heard of Yuriorkis?
No, he got demoted to no longer a mandatory for AJ.....
Which is what Usyk is ........so.....:fing02:
I’d have to look it up but I’m pretty sure Chisora has more losses than those three combined. He’s a journeyman.
I’m not defending any of those choices but the answers are Adamek, Charr and draw with Mansour/win over Eddie Chambers.
I’d like to see Usyk beat a meaningful heavyweight or two to earn a shot. Wouldn’t you?
Casual, Chisora has many losses, but he takes all tough fights he can get. Learn something, don`t just look at boxrec.
Chisora is much more experienced hw than somebody like Ortiz.
Who did Szpilka beat to get a shot? And Duhaupas, Washington?

But struggled before that.
Fury struggled in their first fight, but dominated the second fight.
Who knows how this 270 pound version of Fury will fair against Chisora? Does this new version of Fury, come with all the old tricks?
Fury's peak performances and form for me where, Chisora 2, Rogan and Kiltschko 'He has never really got himself in that condition since'.
I think he should go straight into AJ with a win. If he struggles with Chisora he isn't beating AJ anyway, and if he completely outclasses Chisora (which he should do) then the AJ fight makes sense - AJ is only getting better with experience and he will always have size and reach over Usyk which if he abuses, especially with UK reffing, he can neutralise Usyk like the Klitschko brothers did to smaller men.
If I don't see AJ/Fury in 2021 and AJ/Usyk in 2021 I'd be disappointed. If none of those happen then boxing can go 'F' itself.
I would rather Usyk fight someone else while Fury fights Joshua. Then, we can have the Undisputed Heavyweight champion vs the former Undisputed Cruiserweight champion.
Dang I never even considered that, but that is a pretty slick idea.

If beating Chisora qualifies one for a title shot, we’re going to need to double the number of belts out there at least.
He’s a journeyman/gatekeeper. Please.

That's true, and out of those Only Fury (rematch) he caused no problems. He had a good final round vs Vitali and was competing throughout, and he competed against Haye, but Haye was just a step ahead at the time. Chisora would have absolutely smashed the Haye that Bellew beat twice.
The David Haye that turned up for the Bellew rematch, was even more eroded than the Haye from the first fight 'I don't see them as the same fighters at all' Haye was completely rushed into taking the rematch tactically by Match-room.
I actually think if Haye would of stayed uninjured, he would of eventually got himself in good enough condition to beat this current Chisora.
Bellew is quite a big puncher, and Haye was with a bad injury was standing up to heavy bombardment from Bellew in the first fight 'Second fight? Unfortunately his body just crumbled under attack'.

In a perfect world? One more fight against a bigger guy, I still think Parker would be perfect, but if he hands Del Boy I'm cool with him getting that title shot next
