I always thought mikeys power and patience would have presented problems for Loma. Teofimo displayed both and imo confirmed that notion. Different fighters but I think Mikey would have followed a similar game plan.
After the Spence fight people really started writing off Mikey which I don't understand. Mikey would be the betting favorite against any fighter below the 147lb division and at 147 he would probably be favored against a couple fighters there as well, yes I feel he would beat either Josh Taylor or Jose Ramirez, people wonder why Mikey fights at 147 now when he and Bob Arum do not have a good working relationship anymore and Bob Arum pretty much has a monopoly on 135 and 140, Mikey aint getting no big fights at either one of those weight classes.
And I would add that Mikey really seems to be in it for the money over legacy at this time (yes, I know, it's called prize fighting). It just happens that both aligned sometimes (ex: Spence fight and chasing PacMan).
These are my thoughts on it as well. Mikeys power and timing would have very difficult for Loma to deal with.

Mikey would of slept him, always thought that always will. Mikey is a bigger puncher than Lopez, and while not as quick as Lopez is patient with excellent timing. Loma would have gotten unplugged from his matrix real quick.
