So who else wonders whether Fury will quit boxing because of "mental health" aka coke and booze binge and say that he retired as an ATG?
I'm sick of this Fury fan led BS about Fury being unbeatable.
Fury is rightly #1 HW right now, he's a quality operator but Joshua can beat him. Not sure why there is so much pride in the Fury fangirl community that they can't admit it.
I would give both my arms and legs for Joshua to beat Fury just to see how they all react.
False narrative that only exists in your mind.
The majority didn't take Fury seriously but many of us knew what was up.
And Wlad got thoroughly schooled. He was dead in the water. A 12 year reigning undisputed champion doesn't simply "not take him seriously". It's taking all challenges seriously that made him a long reigning champ and ATG in the first place.
Would have been interesting to see it the second time around though?
Winning a one off is one thing, doing it again cements your legacy and Wlad certainly seemed confident enough to go for the rematch without hesitation.
What would the betting odds have been for the rematch?
And that's what leaves me doubting Fury. He's never cemented anything. A win here, a retirement there, a good performance then a dull one. A reasonable exhibition, then should have been stopped on cuts. A great comeback, then arguably a duck.
At some point he needs to prove he's a great, rather than a short term number one ranked fighter. He claims a legacy without having done the bits that get you there.
First time around, after beating Wlad, he melted down. Call it mental illness, but in the face of pressure he gave up.
Second time around we've got COVID. But where's Fury? If Wilder is the one delaying the fight then Fury can walk away. He's free from fighting a fight that isn't needed for his legacy.
Still no defences.
The only reason Fury won against Klit is because NOBODY took him seriously. He had no significant wins prior to Klitschko. Klit didn't take him serious. It was all Fury to go at 300% and prove he can beat Klit and he did. It was rather boring win but he did.
Then he goes looney because he himself can't believe he's heavyweight champ. Comes back with some farce fights, just survives Wilder, goes on to beat Wilder, and now what? He's got a lot more to do.

Like you, I’m not really a fan of either but Fury didn’t quit boxing. He fell into the rabbit hole known as substance abuse but he climbed his way out and that should be applauded not mocked no matter who you’re
I'm a Wilder fan but have nothing but respect for Fury's comeback trail. More people should see the real struggle there and it's not winning fights!!!
Nope, why would he? Sounds like you're hoping so.
Fury is unbeatable and the GOAT. Deal with it.
Hero worship is a good thing per se but you have to keep your feet on the ground. Fury the GOAT? That’s funny no matter who you are.
lol nobody is afraid of Joshua, if he ever had an aura of invincibility, it was destroyed when an obese Mexican crushed him. He didn't do any favors in regaining any semblance of a killer when he was terrified to engage with the even more out of shape obese Mexican. It's the opposite, all HWs are licking their chops at the opportunity to land a clean shot on that glass chin while he is still considered a top draw by his UK fans.

I agree somewhat, Tyson Fury has been the underdog for most of his career 'HIS next fight against Wilder will? Be the first time, he is seen as the favorite to win at elite level'.
He has never operated at elite level, WERE he is truly the man to beat 'Both Wilder & Joshua have always had to compete under that kind of pressure'.
Tyson Fury's only other time, when he was subjected to that kind of pressure ? 'Was during the Wladimir Kiltschko rematch'.
And from my observation he was spooked during that entire build up 'Kiltschko was not a beaten man, he was embarrassed to have lost to Tyson Fury'.
Tyson Fury is a better fighter than Deontay Wilder 'But I honestly want to see how he deals with being the overwhelming favorite in their 3rd fight'.

Only if he coincidentally retires for the same period of time that he’s suspended for PEDs...
I never said he beat martin for the vacant strap; i said he will probably fight martin for the belt fury vacated, just like he fought grandad klitschko for furys vacant wba. Thanks for putting a spin on it to your advantage though, atleast you tried
Haha, ok pal. Pot kettle black.
I hope he doesn’t as it’s a fantastic fight where both them will make a ton of money and actually have the bragging rights to say he really is the top dog.
We all know fury is mentally up and down and he could easily lose the plot again so it’s possible.
The longer this wilder 3rd fight drags on the odds on fury blowing up and going awol becomes more possible as he knows the real money fight with Joshua is still uncertain.
It’s a fight that must be made for boxing

Tyson Fury has already climbed his Everest 'Nothing is ever going to top him beating Wladimir Kiltschko'.
And for this reason? That is why I believe, he may be 1 loss away from retiring.
If Tyson Fury was to be beaten by Wilder in his next fight, he would most likely take a rematch 'Aim to win that fight then retire'.
Tyson Fury is not the same fighter or person he was, when he fought Kiltschko 'I honestly, don't think he loves the game anymore'.

Of course Fury will retire before facing Joshua.....it's just what these weak pathetic heartless individuals like to do........and oh yea...he'll claim goat status from his couch......fury is a weak fighter and only weak fans would like a fat pastey bum like thisIf Fury is so weak why is he ranked number 1 in the world over AJ by all places that rank boxers and why do the odds makers have him the betting favorite to beat AJ? Don't hate so much. Your head may explode.
I am not really a fan of either Fury or AJ. Why would a fan of Fury be a fangirl? Would a fan of AJ then be a mucho macho man? Just call them Fury fans and leave the girl insult out. AJ looked bad losing to Ruiz. Even when he beat Ruiz in the rematch he fought a safety first hit and run fight instead of going for the revenge KO win he promised he would get before the fight. I see no evidence at all that Fury does not want to fight AJ. On the contrary he seems to want to fight AJ very much ASAP,

I think you're mistaken on your history there, buddy. Martin v Joshua wasn't for the vacant IBF. Martin fought Glazkov for the vacant strap.
Why would I hope he retires? I want Joshua to fight Fury to prove Fury is beatable.
Thanks for your input though. SMH.

You better hope he does , for josuas sake maybe then he can fight charles martin again for a vacant belt lol
