I don't like franchise titles any more than you do, and I rate Haney highly. But the FACTS are that there was no need for the WBC to "elevate" Loma to in order for him to duck Devin. Unification fights take precedence over mandos, and a unification fight between Loma and Teo was already being negotiated while Devin was out of action with a serious shoulder injury. Loma's franchise title had nothing to do with Loma ducking Haney and everything to do with the WBC trying to legitimize their new "title" by awarding one to somebody who isn't a Mexican cash cow.

We’re talking about what happened not too long ago, Haney was his mandatory challenger and was supposed to fight him but refused and asked for a fake title to avoid fighting Devin Haney! The problem is he demands more money for no reason, he doesnt draw, he has no resume, and hes never even won a title. And compared to Loma and garcia (not that garcia is better) hes unkown. Makes zero sense for anyone to offer him anything.. Where did you get this info that Haney asks for more money for no reason? That’s a fat lie and you know it!
