Had my morning's jobs rained off so just flicking through MMA news on Youtube and noticed this live Boxing card from Kazakhstan. Can't stop with it cos I got other stuff to be getting on with, but I figured some of you might be interested.
(Just started 20 mins ago apparently)
Arkadi Harutyunyan vs Nurtas Azhbenov, 8 rounds
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/565432 vs https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/849578
The Kazakh Azhbenov in the blue trunks. The 4 - 11 - 0 Armenian in the red obviously here as an opponent.
A slightly premature 5th round stoppage for Ray after dropping his opponent with a a crisp hook. Ref allowed it to go on after making Nury run up and down the ring a few times then randomly stopped it a minute later without much more damage delivered. Was only going one way though TBF.
Corner stopped it.
Not quite sure who this kid with SRB on his trunks is - aha Rakhat Seitzhan - but that was a fierce and quick bodyshot stoppage. Damn 15 seconds, perfect liver shot. lol. Looks neat but didn't see enough of him for a proper appraisal.

Aha... so the guy with 'Ray' on his trunks is gonna be Ray Seizhanov I guess, so his opponent is Nuryembetov making this likely the last fight on the card.
Got up my Boxrec running list but they ain't putting up the dudes names even in cyrillic or arabic so I can't tell who's fighting or where we're up to.
Hmm.....
Ever hear of a fighter from Kazakhstan named Tursynbay Kulakhmet? I'm kind of curious about him. Was hoping somebody I recognized would be on this card but no.
I'm busy adding chemical to a pool not enough time to **** off. Let me know who stands out?
Sadly I won't be able to watch it myself, just did a quick switcharound and gonna do some indoor decorating for one of my neighbours.
Anyone interested the line-ups here though:

Long card though, so I might be able to catch the end.
