Ray Mercer became Olympic and World Champion in his mid to late twenties.

Both Deontay wilder and Anthony Joshua started boxing at a late age, late teens or early 20s. Antonio Tarver is another that started boxing late Juan Manuel Marquez didn't start late but I don't think his greatness was truly displayed until his later years. He was around his peers Erik morales and Marco Antonio Barrera at the same time but outlasted them both

Ron Lyle his career didn’t start untill he was 30 or so after a prison stint.
