Who beats Dubois?

When fight was announced I actually picked joyce as id seen more of him. But since seeing more of dubious and hearing more im not sure also. But I guess I need to stick with joyce, even though everyone criticise s him I am picking DDD, purely as I think he is a good jabber, powerful and has the young mentality. Joyce will have to dodge a lot of firepower early on, which I don't think he is capabe of doing. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

For sure, chisora also. All the major names in fact who we know who they are, not like the Japanese fighter who nobody knew of. JOe joyce has good chance I genuinely do not know who will win in the Dubois/Joyce fight. It's a genuine 50/50.

Yes, I was thinking only the top guys beat him like fury, josh, usyk, parker but maybe hughie fury also. Maybe Dillian or povetkin and hrygovic and wilder. So maybe 10 boxers or so on earth beat him. I need to see him cut, or pushed for 12 rounds (Johnson ran from him and gave no offence so learned nothing from that fight)

Eye test says he's not bad. Age indicates he's got plenty of upside. He demolished Gorman - so he's at a good level. He took some solid looking shots against Lartey so I guess he's not completely untested chin wise. But as to whether he's a future champion I just can't tell. If I were him I wouldn't be rushing to find out, but obviously fights like last night are doing nothing for him.

Dubois needs to step up or it will be 2nd round wins time and again. Only the best beat dubouis or joyce

Hard to say. Dubois was in 1 real fight so far, that's it. True Let’s be honest, David Price was looking just the same when he was British champ or fighting no hopers People have a short memory. Maybe he will go on to be much better but it’s far too early to say. The Joyce fight will tell us a lot but something tells me they might not fight Joyce in the end.

I think hes at least 50/50 against anyone outside of Fury, AJ, Wilder. I'd say the same about Joyce too.

I agree with your assessment of last night's "fight." It is impossible to say who beats him, because we have been learning very little from his recent fights. He is still unproven outside of real fringe-journeyman level. His biggest win so far is the one over fellow unknown quantity Nathan Gorman, who at best looks like a domestic-level fighter. If we get to see Danny vs. Joe Joyce, that is the real acid test for me. Have to withhold judgement until after that fight, because the lad is untested really. What I personally would like to see is, if he can get by Joe Joyce, depending on that fight goes we could see a rematch. I'd like to see Danny win the Lonsdale outright, then move onto solid European level, even go for the European title. He is still only 22 years old, that is crazy really. At European level, there are fights to be made like; Tom Schwarz, Christian Hammer, Bogdan Dinu, even Carlos Takam. Those are the sort of fights I'd like to see Danny in if he can get through the JUGGERNAUT. Yeah at 22 there’s no point in rushing him. I don’t want to see him shoehorned into some WBO eliminator, I’d much rather him go British, European then move on to world level like you said.

This fight told us nothing tonight but looking at the current landscape I don’t see anyone beating Dubois until he starts fighting for world titles. :lol1: :lol1: Im not trolling, and I know hes not finished article, but you cant deny hes very slow compared to top 10 boxers, and all his punches are telegraphed.

Hrgovic is better.

I am not sure any heavyweight can beat him but he is not very fast and I don;t know how good his chin is, Fury might be able to outbox him and AJ might knock him out. Tonight he won like taking candy from a baby. Joyce might give us fans more knowledge about his chin and possibly about his stamina.

Hrgovic/Dubois is a really interesting stylistic matchup to me down the line at some point
