Beterbiev could be wailing on Pascal and be close to stopping him and get caught with his trademark slip an overhand counter on the button an change the fight! People forget Pascal gave Prime Kovalev all he could handle in their first fight and has come off of back to back upsets! I think the time off will help Pascal’s body! Beterbiev is vulnerable defensively and Jean won’t have the same fear and little bro complex that Gvozdyk had! Yes it’s very likely it’s a corner or ref stoppage but let’s not count out Pascal totally out, he knows Beterbiev just as much as anyone as he’s sparred him many times! Artur got dropped by Callum Johnson who doesn’t hit as hard as Pascal and is nowhere near as fast and explosive! People forget that Pascal was the underdog vs both Browne & Jack an he beat both! Browne was on his way to getting knocked out if the ring doctor didn’t stop the fight and Jack got saved by the bell when he got dropped cuz he was still badly hurt when he got up! I like Pascal. He'll fight anyone and still manages to upset the apple cart while pushing 40. But this one would be a bridge to far for him you'd imagine. Beterbiev is a dangerous man.

Pascal does have durability but that is partly because he knows how to slow down the pace of a fight. He fights in spurts and has to rest often. Beterbiev will be aware of this and will keep the pressure on...and when Pascal begins to fade, he'll be in big trouble. Look at how he was getting beat up and hurt by the naturally smaller Badou Jack in the last 4 rounds of their fight. I expected Jack to win that one by coming on strong late. Pascal barely survived that. Beterbiev's power will be much more devastating for Pascal....and Beterbiev won't have to wait for 8 rounds to start applying that pressure. I think Pascal's best chance it to go for broke early in the fight. Man its gonna be hard to slow down Beterbiev!
