Would you honestly pick any of the up and comers against Lomachenko right now?

To be honest maybe a couple tough fights (Haney and Tank if he actually becomes serious for once in his career) I don't think any beat him though

I don't think Loma does beat them all. I don't think many could run through those names like nothing. One of them would beat him, I just wouldn't pick them to do it.I mean he is human after all, but in my eyes Verdejo is the one with the skill set to do it.

Tank has discipline issues, there’s no argument there. But he’s also the most powerful and skilled. The person that beats Loma has to not just be powerful but they have to be super creative. Tank knows how to create offense in the most awkward positions. The other fighters are just to familiar to a fighter like Loma who has seen it all. Tank himself has like 200+ amateur bouts. Only person that defeats Tank is himself unfortunately.

Teofimo, Haney, Garcia and Tank... Would you pick them over Loma? I think they can all be something, well, other than Tank, but these guys aren't ready yet imo. I might take Haney. Tank puts asses in the seats and punching power. You shouldn’t be so dismissive of him. He can do to Loma what manny did to cotto- make him fight him on his terms because he is the bigger draw.

Linares can fuckin' box. Let's see Teofimo do it then. We’ll all see if/when the fight happens. I just don’t understand this idea that loma’s this virtuoso fighter that none of these guys has a good chance of competing with. Linares is a B fighter. Yea, he can box and has decent skills but he’s not all that himself. If he can catch loma all night then it’s certainly possible that Lopez and these other up and comers can do the same.

Verdejo skill set is more suitable to beat Loma and I dont think Verdejo can't beat him neither... so my answer is Loma beats them all atm. I don't think Loma does beat them all. I think Haney stands the best chance. A combination of his skills, handspeed, length, size & versatility. Teofimo Lopez isn't a fight I am excited about, I don't see what the hypes about. Just another typically one-dimensional catch & shoot counterpuncher. He has nothing for Loma and is in for a rude awakening if that gets signed. Don't be surprised if he retires after. He strikes me as a kid already looking to cash out after getting a big reality check vs that tall Japanese contender. Yeah, Haney is the best of the bunch for damn sure.

Oz has WAYYYY too much dick in it and gets very bad and formulaic near the end but I stuck with it regardless cause masochist. Lopez might be able to catch him but I don't believe any of them can beat him. His technic is simply that good and he has dominated good fighters.

No I wouldn't pick any up and comer over an established, arguable P4P champ. I'm not saying that an upstart fighter can't defeat Loma, I'm just saying that I wouldn't pick one to do so exactly !
