The actual weight covered by Manny is about the same, 40ish pounds, just like Roy. 105-145 vs 155-205 ..... meh Oh dear, do you know how much 40lb is to little dudes in comparison to bigger weight guys? 2 or 3lbs make a lot off di difference in the lower divisions. Hands down it's Pacquiao. Manny had the more storied career. Not only that but he was also in some very memorable and entertaining bouts too; Most of which he won and some of them he lost. However, over all his resume was much better than Roy Jones.

Pacquiao by a mile. Well, maybe not a mile but it's definitely not a question. Roy at his best was as good as any fighter I've ever watched, but Manny's accomplishments put Roy to shame.

You might pause to think for a second. But then the answer is clear. I won't even say the name, as it's clear who is. But whose the best American out of RJJ, BH and Floyd would be better. I would have RJJ no1, than bh and then Floyd 3rd.

I'd say Roy Jones. Sure Manny has accomplished more but at the same time you have to ask, how often were the doors of Manny's accomplishments held open for him?

RJJ was physically gifted fighter who dominated a relatively weak era. however, when his reflexes betrayed him, he started losing to every bum and their neighbor. Great boxing instincts but didn’t adapt and evolve his boxing IQ. Hard to rank him really high all time, much less above pacquiao

Personally I’d say Roy Jones just based on talent alone. He had a far more dominant prime from 93-03. The Toney win is better than any singular win on Pacquiao’s resume too IMO. Pacquiao’s P4P exploits are and resume are exceptional, I have no issue if people see things the other way, both are in my top 10 ATG’s who are all pretty much interchangeable dependant on criteria and personal preference.
