When you (GGG) are the bigger guy with the better chin, better stamina, and equal power, you need to back up the smaller quicker guy. (Like Margarito-Cotto 1).
GGG should have had the chin and work rate to do it.
But instead, GGG kept moving back the whole fight and giving up ground. Why?
Golovkin as he's aged has evolved into a more tactician and trap setter. His speed and reflexes have taken a bad turn. He used to be able to come forward and sling hooks at people. Anymore, he's just focusing on perfect timing to land quality shots.. which doesn't work well with an elite competitor like Canelo because he can subtly mess up whatever momentum or plan GGG is thinking through
Last I heard ggg ducked Canelo to fight another Rolls type no obe ever heard of fighter in Simon Says.
You need link?
You do know Canelo gonna fuk him up next time. He looks like sht with this new trainer...
At least GGG fights someone.
Canelo won't.
Because unlike GGG always looking down weight classes Canelo wanted to fight the big boys.
Why did GGG duck Ward?
Why did Canelo drop his belt?
Why did Canelo duck GGG?
Why did Canelo forget to check his meat for infections?
you wrote a wall of rubbish
I questioned that wall of rubbish
but, you will not answer the question
why did Jabkin completely forget about that "stand and fight like a Mexican" stuff?... what happened to that bullshlt homie? :lol1:
and why did Sanchez tell Golovkin to stand and fight Canelo ?
“ Obviously, we wanted Golovkin to do a lot of different things,” Sanchez said during the post-fight press conference.... but when they’re in the ring, they’re gonna do the things that they see available to them.
Canelo fought the fight that he needed to fight today to win. "
Canelo took his titles and his sombrero

Why did Canelo move up to 175 with ease, when he was a tiny JMW?
Just after he got caught doing drugs..

ggg has no guts to fight him mexican style like fans claim ggg was about. Canelo would have KO'ed him early if he gets reckless. ggg plays it safe, but the problem is that ggg is not as good of a boxer to box well with canelo, so he still got beat either way.
G is old...........

I don't believe that he had much of a choice. Canelo came out fighting Mexican style by bringing the fight to him. It forced Golovkin to fight off the back foot which is something he is not accustomed to. However, I still had GGG winning the fight.
It's easy throwing 1000 jabs as well. And good jabs as well. That literally rock your opponents head back. Easy peasy.
If you could throw 1000 jabs, maybe you should have sticked to boxing.
Also, in your mind, as long as you land more power punches, you win.
Doesn't matter if they do more damage than jabs.
That's why you don't know boxing. At all.
Also you still haven't answered.

Ah you don't like the exaggeration huh? See how stupid it looks?
Okay bud, you obviously know too much boxing. I'm way in over my head :fing02:
Theoretically, that's not how fights are scored. In which rounds were these exaggerated 100,000 jabs landed? Are you saying that fights should be scored through total punches landed? You are saying fights should not be scored based on what happens round by round and see who landed the better punches in that round?
Because going back to Canelo vs GGG II, Canelo outlanded GGG in power punches in 9 of 12 rounds. That means Canelo landed more meaningful punches than GGG in more rounds. You are usually going to win fights like that. Especially when the other guy is being backed up. That never, ever looks good for scoring purposes. Ever. You are backing up AND being outlanded with meaningful punches? I understand backing up, and landing the better punches, scoring the better blows while boxing. But backing up, and your opponent is landing more meaningful punches than you? I'd hate to see some of you as judges.
Back to Canelo vs Trout. There is no boxing fight on Earth that will have a margin wide enough to even exaggerate with an example of 100,000 jabs vs 2 power punches in an entire fight. You are now coming up with Dragon Ball Z-type scenarios. I'm talking about boxing. Specifically a boxing match where one guy outlanded the other guy with meaningful punches in 6 rounds and knocked him down in 1 round.
If two fighters outland eachother with meaningful punches in the same amount of rounds (6 and 6), and there is a KD, chances are the fight will go to the guy with the KD.
The effectiveness of a jab also matters Miguel Cotto and Jermain Taylor jabs are like most fighters power punches. Austin Trout's jabs is a weak jab. Thrown for the purpose of scoring easy points, because it is safer than throwing power punches because throwing power punches will also leave you opened for counters easier than when you throw jabs.
Enter GGG, who after claiming he will take the fight to Canelo in the rematch, and fight 'Mexican style', actually ended up throwing nearly 600 jabs, landing 20% of them and was outlanded by Canelo in the power punch department in 9 rounds out of 12 rounds.
Give me an 8 week training camp. I can go in there and just throw 1,000 jabs, while running away? Just throw jabs, outjab my opponent and I will be your favorite fighter? That's awesome. I clearly should've stuck to boxing if it was that easy to please some fans. My opponent can land the better punches than me round by round, but as long as I land more total punches than him, even if they're just jabs, I will have the fans backing? Where do I sign? Who do I talk to?

GGG had to throw the fight... GGG sold out... He's probably signed to dive in the third fight...
Canelo and Oscar waited GGG out.
first Golovkin took a dive... then Canelo waited him out...
despite the fact Golovkin had similar problems with Jacobs/Derevy
and despite the fact that Golovkin could have taken that fight whenever he wanted
LMAO
do you intend to blurt out anymore ridiculous excuses in this thread?
I have never agreed with one of your posts, most are total nonsense
