The three main fights I'm asking about are the mccline, wlad and vitali fights.
The mccline fight would have been a pre curser to the Klitschko s. Any significance in size, Jameel would nulufy due to being a Scarry fighter. So size aside, Jameel had your average he punch, nothing special so did James. Would James's mobility ala the rydell booker and holyfield fights, be enough to "Mike tysony" against these guys? We all know jt popped his Achilles heel but I think this may have been his showcase fight, to propel him to the Klitschko s etc.
What do you think? Could the undersized James toney bring that middleweight energy and ko the foo Jameel? Or is that something that the media would make up well knowing that James was too small.
This thread has gone off topic but speaking of turtles they have been finding them stuffs on the side of the road, warm concrete and sand on the shoulder to lay their eggs!

yeah if toney actually crouched down low and leaned forward a bit he could have actually made himself into a type of turtle, no one getting past that
Damn, that is a good idea. I can't believe no one ever thought of using an offensive philly shell man. That **** would look sick.
Toney would smoke allthose ***** ass *****s. They wouldn’t even be able to penetrate his philly shell.

I think he would beat McCline and get smashed and stopped by both K brothers. It is amazing that fat light heavyweight Toney did as well as he did at heavyweight but he was not undefeated at heavyweight and he lost a ud to Peters who was not as good as either K brother.
If he didn’t pop against Ruiz he would have had Valuev as his mandatory.
Imagine how strange that matchup would have been. :lol1:
I don’t think he could beat the skilled giants, the Klitschko’s would just keep him on the outside with the jab and grab.
He possibly beats McCline, but if McCline uses his mobility and fights off the back foot like he did against Briggs I think it’s a tough stylistic matchup for Toney.
You can't argue with that, I respect your opinion
