Dazn is done.
NFL is buying the platform to move Sunday Ticket to it, as well as a rebrand of the platform.
Dazn will be claiming bankruptcy and all fighters and leagues under contract, those contracts will be dissolved.
NFL is only buying the actually platform and the new server farm Dazn created. This keeps Sunday ticket in house.
Interesting twist: Hearn and Oscar also may be claiming bankruptcy as they are on the hook for their fighters guarantees in the Dazn contract. The bankruptcy will only remove Dazn liability off of the contracts for Canelo, GGG etc. but the promoters are still liable for those guaranteed paydays.

I read the contracts. I own many companies. And we do most of the back door negotiations on business deals. NO NDA was asked to be signed on this one.
I broke PBC to Fox a year before it happened as almost every league pays my agency to be point man on contract negotiations
DAZN is good for the fans, don’t have to empty your wallet for quality fights!
Let’s all hope they don’t go under, more people need to keep exposing the conspirators in this hoax virus and now this Psyop to instigate either a race war or civil war so martial law can be enacted, might be too late!

If dazn was in such financial difficulty a few want them to be in (I’m still unclear why as they appear to be offering best value for money to me) - why would they still be investing in new product. Business works in a simple way, in a position of “survival” you save as much cash as possible , the phrase “cash is king” I’m sure many have heard of.
These sort of extra investments, however small, indicate the issues are being greatly exaggerated and/or being led by those with alternative motives

Link please or mods ban this person.
I was saying DAZN wouldnt be able to make those commitments back when they were announced and people here told me "oh no its an app, its a subscription, its different, they are just trying to get subscribers"
huh who would have ever thought that paying GGG $20-30 million to fight steve rolls could back fire and not be profitable.
They threw around money like ****ing crazy. Just because it's an app doesn't mean people don't need to be paid lmfao.

C'mon man, source? smh
Sems deeply improbable given DAZNs major sports distribution contacts outside the US, in fact it makes very little sense at all. I'm guessing that this some kinda trolling but that maybe you hadn't understood the DAZN is a global player rather that justa US one.
If you'd just claimed they were filing for bankruptcy or going into receivership it would have been more plausible, but bought out by the NFL?
