Cant be only me. If you use google and search best resume in boxing. Nearly all discussions are about who someone has beaten. Thurmans resume is better or at least on par with broners resume at welter.
Pacquiao | pacquiao
Porter | porter (drained)
Garcia | maidana
Collazo | vargas (drained)
Lopez | granados
Guerrero | malignaggi
J. Diaz
Karass
D. Chavez
Has to be you and the minority. Been talking boxing online for 10 years.
You've got this asterisk thing going on with "drains/prime" which is irrelevant to the resume. Thats only additional context information. Thats like me saying Manny fought:
Oscar (drained/NOT prime)
Hatton (drained)
Cotto (drained)
Margarito (drained)
Floyd (NOT prime)
MAB (NOT prime)
etc
As a way to discredit him in a conversation purely about resume. AB made it to welter when he made it there. He was a little dude.
No, it's only you who has a different understanding of resume. Your RECORD has always been wins, lose, draws. Literally. Resume has always been "who'd he fight?" Once again I didn't mention Mike Tyson for no reason. Go back and read my post.
I may have to stand corrected on the resume and give AB third place behind Porter.
AB: Paulie, Maidana, Porter, Granados, Vargas, Pacquiao.

Then you are using a different understanding of resume. Whenever people debate about best resume, they take wins and losses into account and not just who you have faced.
By that definition a guy like Kevin Johnson has the best resume at heavyweight. Dude fought against Vitali Klitschko, Bakole, Joshua, Hrgovic, Dubois, Gorman, Ruiz Jr., Pulev and Chisora.
Answering your question, Porter fought agaisnt prime Spence, prime Thurman, prime Garcia, prime Brook, Broner, Malignaggi and Alexander at welterweight. Thats one guy who has a better resume.
Jessie Vargas also has a better resume. He fought against Pacquiao, Mikey Garcia, Bradley, Dulorme, Broner and Ali.
Thurman fought vs Pacquiao, Porter, Garcia, Collazo, Guerrero, Julio Diaz and Chavez.
Luis Collazo is still active, he fought against Mosley, Thurman, Khan, Berto, Adukharov, Ortiz and Hatton.
Robert Guerrero fought vs Mayweather, Figueroa Jr., Thurman, Berto, Garcia.

Hey, it's one thing to criticize a guy's conduct, quite another to compare his accomplishments objectively with those of others.
When it comes to the latter, Broner is qualified.
The scary part is, Broner isn't 31 yet.
Not sure he can beat any of the elite guys at 147 right now, but there's food for AB both above and below welterweight.
Don't be shocked if he angles for Texiera at 154.
If that happens and Broner manages to get a 5th belt, this debate is over.
These dudes are emotional and don't know how to be objective- although I suspect its something much more sinister than that.
I really want AB to drop back down to 140. He shouldn't have campaigned at 147 as long as he did. It's been a division full of monsters and AB is still a small dude.
Second half was the most important and relevant part. Your question to me was extremely weird and random. As well as your mentioning of whether he won or loss which has NOTHING to do with a resume. Thats his record you're talking about. Reread my post and it'll make sense so long as you can pick up on everything I wrote and actually know Boxing. Now go back and figure out who's resume is better than his at welter.

The case for him:
- 4 alphabet divisional titles
The case against him:
- best name (win) on his resume is Malignaggi and he arguably lost that fight
- no lineal titles
- 2 of the titles he won were vacant
- WBA 'regular' belts
- lost 2 belts on the scales,
- therefore has made only 2 successful defences
- got ragged about by Maidana who is nowhere near HOF himself
- lost against every big name he fought, Vargas draw notwithstanding
Broner, unless he puts a serious string of relevant wins, won't get near the HOF. Let's say he moves to 140 and beats two of Taylor, Prograis or Ramirez then he's got a shot as that would take a monumental effort and would show some longevity.
That's you actually knowing Boxing and being able to give intelligent responses because of it. Most of these guy's DKSAB.

In all of boxing's history, there's less than 2 dozen guys who have won major division titles in at least 4 different weightclasses.
Most are either in the HOF or shoe-ins once they retire and become eligible.
I wouldn't bet against Broner eventually being inducted.

How does he have the greatest resume at Welter after Pacquiao?
He had six fights at welter, won 2 by Split decision (vs Granados and Malignaggi lmao), had one draw and lost 3 fights.
Dont want to get into the second half of your post. That was just weird and random.

Is Mike Tyson a HoF?
Is Gatti a HoF?
We know the answers to those questions. Of course AB is a HoFer. 4 division champ. Was setting records at a young age in the sport. And while he hasn't won a fight in awhile- he's been fighting nothing bu the best in a division I personally feel he shouldn't even be at. He should've went back to 140 a long time ago. He has the greatest resume at Welter after Pac. Never been knocked out, a positive ratio in Title fights, only 4 losses, etc
People may not like him as a person, weirdly enough those same people worship trump, but thats irrelevant when considering his career. The irony here is that the same racists who make up delusional fantasies about Floyd ducking fighters say "I'd actually be a Floyd fan no matter how many fights he loss just as long as he didn't duck elite opponents." Well here you have the burden of proof, AB didn't duck anything, and those same people hate his guts.
