Boxing was saved prior to that . Wilder was planning on fighting Ruiz if he won against AJ to keep it in the PBC family . The matches that were planned was Wilder vs Ruiz not Fury . You would have seen Wilder vs Ruiz, Martin and Kownacki....this was the plan. It was actually AJ who spoiled that .
