Mayweather had great ONE PUNCH speed, and footwork/movement. Mayweather's combination speed, was nothing out of this world. Amir Khan, Roy Jones Junior, Manny Pacquiao could all put punches together with more speed. Amir Khan, Roy Jones Junior, Manny Pacquiao, Mike Tyson all had faster combination punching ability.

I voted Khan but did not read your follow up post, stating reaction-time and foot speed.......... Khan has the quickest hands but others have better reactions/reflexes and foot speed...... Roy Jones had the best reflexes and Manny Pacquaio the quickest feet...... Khan has unbelievably bad IQ and reflexes, which makes him easy to hit.
