Mike Tyson run after jail: McNeely, Mathis, Bruno
Dropped WBC belt, so he didn`t have to fight Lennox...and fought Seldon for WBA title instead
He wasn˙t ready for Holyfield at all.
Mike tyson couldn`t go through Danny Williams and McBride when he was 38 and still active fighter.
True, but haven't you heard that his knees are OK now?, LMAO.
Re: McBride.
"At the end of the day", what is the moment everyone remembers?

That's ALL that matters.
I am not everyone, and there are people out there who can think critically for themselves 'And don't buy into the myths that surround Tyson's career, the myth that he suddenly become a clown in the 90's, myth that all you had to do is show him some resistance then he would disappear, and the best one yet? That he was a journey man in the latter part of his career.
Mike Tyson not at any point in his career was he a journey man, neither was he a fighter who suddenly became a clown in the 90's 'He was always dangerous, all his opponents where always apprehensive' Because he as a dangerous fighter right up until the end.
I am not in this thread arguing that Tyson would be competitive today, just resisting some of the complete nonsense I see regarding his career in total.
I think Ortiz is exactly as old as he says he is.Why would he lie about his age? he doesn't get sent back to Cuba for being too old. He would easily KO Tyson in my opinion.Tyson really is 53.
If Mike Tyson was such a great fighter, why don`t McBride and Williams get any credit for stopping him?
Holmes got credit for stopping old Ali.
Mike got credit for stopping old Holmes.
Holyfield got credit for beating old Foreman and Holmes....
Have you seen those fights? Tyson was beating up Williams before he hurt his knee, was winning most the rounds against Mcbride 'A fight where his knee was still affecting him'.
Apart from Lennox Lewis & Evander Holyfield no other heavyweights of that era in my opinion could of beaten Mike Tyson, he was a dangerous fighter throughout his entire career.
Mike Tyson at any stage of his career was not a journey man. A peak Danny Williams was a better fighter than 90% of the fighters who Tyson Fury has beaten 'Danny Wiliams beat John Mcdermott twice' a fighter who took Tyson Fury into deep deep waters.
If it was not for Tyson knee injury, he would of beaten Williams 'he had him bouncing all over the ring like a pin-ball'.
Journey level fighters do not display these sort of intricate offensive skills.
Williams & Mcbride reacted to their wins against Tyson as if? They had achieved a life long dream. That was the magnitude of beating Mike Tyson, forget about PEOPLE look at how the fighters reacted 'It was as if they had won a world title when they beat Mike Tyson'. And they reacted like that because Mike Tyson was a great fighter.
This is Mike Tyson 3rd to last fight, THAT is no journey man 'That is a dangerous fighter'.
Who? Who the **** gives credit for any of those wins?
You mean when a mother ****er tries to pretend like Rahman was good win for Wlad or some ****?
Why not?
But You give Mike Tyson a credit for...what? Beating Tucker?
If Mike Tyson was such a great fighter, why don`t McBride and Williams get any credit for stopping him?
Holmes got credit for stopping old Ali.
Mike got credit for stopping old Holmes.
Holyfield got credit for beating old Foreman and Holmes....
Hammer hurt him in round 2 , Mike would literally Hammer Ortiz who has a worse engine even active .
What you guys fail to understand on here is a motivated Mike Tyson is another story ,all he needs is the first few rounds to do maximum damage , Ortiz was never and will never be in his league ,let’s not forget Mike was also an effect southpaw to as far as using angles in spots ,he fought ambidextrous at times ,Ortiz would get smashed .
You guys can keep saying he’s to old but the reality is not only is he better then Ortiz even now with realistic training but he would put Wilder on his butt , bet the house on it if he looks the part because we’re talking about that guy .
Lol... "A New Hope", except this time it ain't Star Wars. "An Old Hope" perhaps?
Tyson was getting KTFO by Danny Williams and Kevin McBride going on 20 years ago he isn't beating any respectable HW let alone a Luis Ortiz.
Its all good looking explosive still on the mitts that require feck all timing. I'm sure there are even 73yr olds that still look relatively good on the mitts, shadow boxing etc
He was years past his best long before he retired 15-20 or whatever years back and had terrible stamina issues are people really this deluded to think for one moment he can comeback and do something?
Who the **** knows how old is Ortiz ?
Anyway i think Ortiz would smash Mike , People are getting older in diffrent ways ,you have 2 guys who are over 50 yro ,one of them can be in great shape and 2nd guy can be shell of himself , it doesnt metter if they are both 53
