He was given Crawford before he left Top Rank but he turned him down. When he got beat by Horn he turned down a rematch. He went for Thurman because Thurman hasn’t looked good For a long time Because of his many injuries but he could have fought Crawford or Spence. Even stylistically Manny prefers stationary or come forward targets because mobile targets make him look bad.
