Not a man born from their mother can defeat Tyson Fury
When will you fools understand this? Tyson Fury is not a mere mortal he is a descendant of Zues himself.
:hail:
It was Wladamir Klitschko not just some random man, he wasn't quite 40 and was on something like a 10 year unbeaten streak as unified World Champ SMH.
Also none of that negates the fact you was talking out your ass when you said they've proven they've beaten "Fury Types" since theirs not been a Fury Type with Furys physical 6'9, 270lbs advantages, movement and skill.
course they've all beaten titlists with more than zero defences.
why you actually saying the titlists they beat...didnt have skill and movement.
I am sure you recognise that his best win is a 40 year old man too

I think Vitali and Fury might be too close to call in the end. Vitali wasn't as shy to pull the trigger as Wlad was, and while he decisively won, Fury wasn't exactly dominant. It would be an awkward fight that might not have a clear winner.
I'd favor Lennox vs. Fury, but I'm open to Fury changing my mind moving forward and it would have many of the same awkward problems that Wlad had and Vitali would IMO.
I'd favor Fury over Holyfield because Holyfield would just have too many problems getting to him. Fury's so big and moves so well, Evander would struggle with that.
I'd favor both Holmes and Ali. They have sharper, faster jabs, and quicker hands. They'd need time to find their range, but then they'd take over. Fury's sloppier and I think they'd find their chances between his sloppy punches.
Ultimately no one in the history of the heavyweight division is going to have an easy time with Fury, and I'm not ruling him out to beat anyone. He's just so ****ing big and has the skill to use that size.
A lot of fans don’t realize how hard it is to fight a giant, skilled, dirty HW like Fury. They can only see him on TV and fantasize that their favorite HW can would beat Fury. But it would be a lot different having that agile Elephant wrestling you and punching you for 3 minutes. He is not only big, he is very agile for his size, very skilled for his size, and very dirty, he is no Vuluev. If you get the better of him or he is weary of your power, he will wrestle you, put you in headlocks, lean his entire body on you in clinches. He’ll absolutely wear these guys out, tire them out, and get them with a TKO late. And Fury doesn’t fight the same in big fights as he does vs lesser opponents like Wallin. Fury clearly steps up vs bigger name fighters like Wladimir Klitschko and Deontay Wilder. He wouldn’t get careless vs names like Ali, Lewis, Vitali.
You can’t look at his fights vs Wallin or McDermott I to gauge how we would fair vs the HW greats, because if you do that then you would also have to look at fights where those HW greats struggled against mediocre opponents too, and they have plenty. You have to look at Fury vs the best opponents he has faced.
great post :boxing:
Fury is a skilled giant but we also have to remember that he was knocked down by an average Deontay Wilder. A prime Muhammad Ali would pick Fury apart and it's a toss up with Lennox and Vitali. I think Fury wins against Holmes and Holyfield.
Ali's speed, agility, footwork and general athleticism would be too much for Fury.
Fury beats them all. None of them has ever faced somebody as big and skilled as Fury is.
Foreman was called "Big george" , but he would be a small hw today.
to be fair he never faced anyone like these 5....it aint always about he is not vastly more skilled than none of them
can we get an actual assessment of each fight?

Fury types?
I don't think there been a Fury type before 6'9 skilled boxer, fast, 270lbs and knows how to win dirty if necessary.
I'm not a fan but I recognise his uniqueness and the problems he brings.
I think the biggers guys could take him.
I think the smaller guys are just from a different era, they're too small, probably could beat him P4P but I don't see it H2H.

these guys have proven they can beat fury types.

I fear that Fury will just do the same to Usyk that he did to Cunningham. I'm a fan of Usyk, but he'll need to display an almost Roy Jones Jr. level of movement to avoid the mammoth 275 lbs. Fury for 12 long, hard rounds. It's good that Usyk is a bit of a psycho, because he'll need that mentality to fight back against the big Gypsy who will smash elbows into his face, put him in chokeholds, and shove him into the ropes at every chance he gets.

“But Cunningham knocked him down hard and he was a bloated Cruiserweight”. Okay and what did Fury do when he saw Cunningham could drop him? Using his size he wrestled him in the corner and did some foul thing where he pushed Cunningham’s head back, held it there, and rocked him for the TKO. Ref did nothing but call the TKO.

Ali would be the only one not to stop him. Lennox ends him earlier than the rest.
Didn't even read the OP
Fury wins
No caveman heavyweight midget from the past beats 6'9' 280lb Kronk Fury
Your trolling technique sucks bro...keep it moving sheesh

Well, that’s why they fight to see who imposed their will better and who follows their game plan better. Holyfield has no chance on the outside so he’d have to try to get in... it would be a fun fight for sure
Ultimate clash of styles
Fury not outwilling holyfield
An ancient holyfield seemed to get the nod over 7' valuev
This is a toughie but would probably be the best action fight of the lot of them
He'd be working really hard to get inside n that depends if fury wants to fight that way
