Ive read the article but nothing changes the fact that Fury was diagnosed with bipolar and obsessive-compulsive disorder in 2016.
Indeed, however he was suffering from mental health issues long before then, as evidenced by the article.
There was no reason for him to lie about it.
He can't be making it up, at least not to avoid rematches or steroid bans like these idiots claim.
I'll repeat my point for people who cba reading the entire thread.
Here is an article given to the Guardian newspaper in 2011 with Fury talking about his demons and wanting to end his life.
2011, that's a long time before any PED tests or rematch clauses.

I dont think Fury is making no mental issues up.He has bi polar which is linked to brain chemicals in the brain not working right which affects moods.

Eh I tend to doubt that. I think only the fanboys & haters didn't give him credit for the Wlad W. And sh^t that's what the fanboys & haters do so I doubt Fury cared about that.
I tend to think if it's anything boxing related that triggered him it's the fact that he became "king of the world" with that Wlad W & he still woke up feeling like he woke up before. Feeling like he was feeling before. I suspect he felt like when he won the belt the world would be different or his problems would be gone. Generally your problems just get different when your world changes or gets leveled up like his did after that fight. I think that is what did it if it's anything boxing related. Could just be real life sh^t & not even be about boxing specifically & boxing sh^t was just a minor factor in it all who knows.
Well said. I think it's common to find a lack of satisfaction after accomplishment.
Fury gets persecuted by media because he KNOWS the truth.... IE about elitists and has been vocal about it.
That's one of the things I love about him as a boxing fan. Hes unpredictable despite being predictable about being unpredictable. He speaks his mind period.

Nice insight, man. I think that kinda ish hits a lot of folk about a lot of things, they set their sights on stuff and imagine that achieving it's gonna change their world... except it generally doesn't, least not for long.
Smart money says Fury has some kinda latency or predisposition to depression, but then I'd make a case that probably everyone does it's more about how close it is to the surface and their resilence. We all get down, but part of depression is whether you got the capacity to bouce back quickly or not.
It's obvious he's had mental problems he's said some suspect stuff and did suspect stuff. Like he's got 2 personalities. Now he appears more normal ,calmer, mature.
It's clear he weren't right in head, why people so suspicious?. Maybe he didn't talk about it much before is because most people with mental problems don't like to talk about it.
But now he's an ambassador he is expected to talk

Great point in your second paragraph, Fury wouldn't be the first to achieve a goal and think "is this it?".
As regards the Klitschko win, I was thinking more of boxing and sports media than anything else. Everyone seemed to pretty much brush it off, claiming Wlad was old and/or the fight was boring.
Is anyone who's not a absolute dumbass even saying Fury faked his mental issues?
I mean some sh^t ain't even worth "debunking" let's be real.
Loads of people claim it, usually aGay fans like Robbie Barrett and BangEM.
It's hard to find old articles on here, there's so much traffic.
LoadedWraps is probably the best man to ask.
I'll see if I can find it when I have time, sorry I'm late to this.
My own view is that not getting his just due for the Klitschko win coupled with the Christian Hammer situation sent him into a depression.
Watching the world praise Joshua for beating the same guy couldn't have helped either.
this fury guy is cunning, setting the scene like that with his mental illness so he could use in in future years as needed, keep a close eye on this one
Damn man, it's like that dumb gypsy can see into the future and sh**

I don't know denium.
Credible sources have informed me that petero / Peter Fury was someone's wife in the slammer. The inmates called him 'Gold-Finger and Woody-Woodpecker'.

David Higgins turned Peter Fury to a hoe at one of the Parker vs. Fury press-conference. Peter Fury was shook, he spazzed out when Higgins called him out, Peter said he was from the streets, yet had security remove Dave from the property.
Gypsy-John turned to a bitch when judge Michael Henshell was passing his sentence, Gypsy-John tried to gain leniency from the judge by using Tyson's popularity and argued that his grown ass son's ( Tyson ) promising prospects in professional boxing would be hindered.
Its important to note that this took place around the time when Tyson had fought Derek Chisora and Steve Cunningham.
'Gypsy' John Fury begged the judge for mercy.

I'm not even going to bother to read that nonsense.
You and the Plunger man should be locked up in the same asylum as far as I'm concerned.
You're both certified lunatics.
