I think Tapia would win, based of his chin and stamina...the bantamweights today almost fight at a welterweight pace, even the fight with Donaire which had two explosive punchers was farely slow paced with spurts of action.
Tapia at 115 was at his best at this weight and also got his career best win here.
who you got
Johnny in 12, Monster wasn't that great against old Nonito
to give nonito credit he is better suited for 118...he should have never went to 122 especially 126.
Also nonito used that " one great fight left in a great fighter" in there with Inoue, he came to win....the best he looked since he was smoking Arce, Montiel and others

I’d have probably picked Inoue pre-Donaire but now I see it more as a 50/50. I’d probably still lean towards Inoue by decision possibly controversial, maybe Todd DuBoef will end up getting chinned again.
Tough call! What I've seen of Inoue has been very impressive but not impressive enough to make me think he could beat Tapia.
he could be a hall of famer one day, i wish hed have stayed at 115 a while....he'd have proven a lot fighting Rungversiai(spell check), Estrada and chocolatito...its only 3 pounds. id rather he stayed or moved down than them move up....they all started at lightweights anyway
