Errol Spence: I'll be back in July

Fighting Mikey is easy $ on a **** app. I won't pay to see that. Manny can beat every welterweight still. I think he could stop glass chin Crawford and give Spence hell for a 7 to 5 nod. That Thurman fight was worth buying the ppv. I was rooting for Manny. Manny vs Spence I'll preorder the ppv lol. They see a vulnerable Spence right now, they are not going to get a better time to fight him, Errol is not going to comeback and be at his absolute peak, there will be some fallout from the accident off some kind, and Team Pac know this, and they probably got some inside info on where Errol is at. Mannys people are smart they know exactly when to strike and because its Manny nobody cares. Personally I think Manny will give him a boxing lesson until we get into the last 4 rounds where youth and strength will come on strong, but if they going to fight now is the best time for Manny. I dont mind either fight they both very good fights. I understand this is an ideal time to fight Spence coming off of a layoff and injuries from the accident. But Spence took the best punches from Brook, Porter, Mikey, and walked right through them. I can't see Pac being able to hurt him or keep him on his back foot. Spence will come in big on fight night (165+), and he has a great uppercut. I don't think Spence is going to bring in a higher PPV purse than Mikey. I'd call that about even. Then again, if the Mikey fight is made in Saudi, those crazy Saudi's are willing to fork over a king's random to have the fight over there so PPV numbers become less of a factor. I respect Manny for wanting to take on tough challenges and unify the titles, but I have to wonder if this is biting off more than he can chew. Remember, 147 is a starting out weight for Spence, he can still go up two or three weight classes comfortably. Manny would have to fight a perfect fight and not get into any wars.

I’d have so much respect for Pacquiao and Spence if they fought each other next. Both could justifiably face a weaker opponent.

Man, I think it's a kinda overboard when we try to compare those match-ups with those of 80's legends. Even if they were as good as them, it's still a damn shame comparison considering only Pac vs Thurman has happened within those 4, which only indicates that today's elites are such pu$sies Yeah, i was kinda embarrassed with the comparison. But it kinda shows that the elites today isn't living up to the hype compared to those 80s legends. It'll take for them to lose that '0' to live up to the hype. Thurman said in the podcast he has nothing to lose now. Keeping those mythical '0' and emphasizing them can temporarily ruin boxing. Those 80s legends weren't known for being undefeated. They were known for their fights.

Manny vs Spence is an instant classic. I'd pre-order that too If Manny vs Thurman is like Duran vs Leonard 1, Manny vs Spence is akin like Duran vs Hagler. I just wish we have something like Hagler vs Hearns (Spence vs Crawford?) and Leonard vs Hearns (Thurman vs Crawford?).
