come in light (215-220) lb, his usual weight and have quicker speed and footwork, however Tyson probably going to come in at 270 again will probably mean he will get bullied by Tyson again inside and in the clinch
if he comes in heavy again at 230 he wont be bullied as much but will be slower...

More weight
If you think that some things a human being did 3,4 or 5 years ago are still impacting the body now (unless you are talking about a catastrophic event) then yiu did not understand fitness and recovery.
Wilder needs to promote more, btw, because nobody knows who he is because he hardly ever fights the big names.
Fury alone will sell a fight, but spittle flying black power tv appearances by Wilder are not "taking their toll".
24 hours after great physical exertion the body is mostly recovered. 5 years after sitting down and doing a promotional interview is ot "taking a toll" still on the guy lll.
He's a hype job phoney with very little public recognition because he hasn't earned it. AJ has.All I am saying is he is fighter and not a promoter. He gets paid to fight and not to promote. He needs a promoter to sell his fights; Not himself. He can't do both.
In other words, he just needs to limit the distractions and stay focused on defeating Fury. Since Tyson is the champ and loves the limelight so; I would let him carry the load this time promoting the fight while I train.
Another thing he needs to end is this Beavis and Butthead slap stick comedy routine he likes to do with Tyson Fury also. While entertaining but yet it's still wasted energy that he could use for the fight.
Your hero Anthony Joshua has a front man and a mouthpiece to do his bidding for him while Deontay Wilder does not. Not only does he has to promote his fights but he has to fight them as well.
Which is why AJ can go several months in seclusion without making any public appearances or saying a single word to the media or social media because Eddie Hearn does it all for him. "The Bronze Bomber" has been selling all of his bouts for the past five years.
Now it's Fury's time to go out to help promote and sell the fight. It's called load management. All these television appearances, teleconferences, press conferences and social media interviews, he's been doing over the past five years have taken its toll.
If he ever is going to get his title back then it all has to end.

This is what I say. He doesn't have the ability to do something different. The only way he could win is if he goes for broke right away. Any weight will do for him as long as he can windmill punches.
It will be a fight for the ages if both of them come determined to come forward and not yield.

I'm not sure you are actually aware of Joshua's commitments. Sure he has Hearn with his head on camera more than any other promoter with daylight a distant second, but like it or not Joshua is also a much bigger star than Wilder, so all the media do want his time.
Plus he has legit sponsors and corporate partners wanting their 15 minutes, Under Armour, JD Sport, Land Rover, British Airways. Even with Eddie out there I'd bet Joshua has more obligations than Wilder by far.
Anyway its a mute point really, Fury doesn't have anyone out there talking on his behalf and it didn't seem to slow him down, he looked cool as a cucumber.
This worrying about public appearances, costume weight, flappy gloves, sounds like rearranging chairs on the titanic.

It's not his title anymore, and I don't see him ever getting it back as long as Fury holds it
What a complete loads of bollocks.
His body was worn down by doing promotions.
I've heard everything now. There are guys that run marathons every day for a.month. There are regular men who become soldiers and march and and train for hours every day with huge physical strain. You're telling me a specimen like Wilder got worn out doing some interviews?
Do people just type stuff and assume it's reasonable? Total bs.

230 lbs was wilder and his team’s response when tyson was playing mind games with them that he’s coming big.
They’re not sure what to do so they’re like “okay let’s add weight too in case he’s true to his words”
And hurt them more it helped. Wilder needed that speed to crack fury’s chin coming in. Instead he was sloppy, had slow reflexes and got tired easily when last time he was throwing em punches for 12 rounds.
No matter what weight wilder comes in, his power will still be dangerous so i don’t really see the point of going heavier unless he knows how to fight inside..
Just go with whatever weight he’s comfortable at and work more on conditioning and strategy..
The more important decision is how will he show up in the pre fight hype conferences
The only two choices Wilder has to worry about are, does he bite into his mouthpiece, throw caution to the wind, and let his hands go going all in on every shot? Or does he take a knee before Fury steamrolls him?
This is what I say. He doesn't have the ability to do something different. The only way he could win is if he goes for broke right away. Any weight will do for him as long as he can windmill punches.
Wilder just needs to chill and relax. I believe, he was more mentally fatigued than physically fatigued. Since he is no longer the champion; Then let Tyson Fury carry most of the load of promoting the fight this time by doing most of the interviews and appearances.
Deontay can't concentrate on doing more than one thing at a time. His job is to fight; Not to promote. He just needs to focus on training. All that strain and pressure just wore his body down in the rematch. Doing both was just too much of a burden for him to carry.
In addition, he needs a new trainer and a new promoter. Someone who is going teach him the basic fundamentals of boxing and a promoter who the public can see.

I think he does have a massive decision in that terms, if he comes in lighter (His usual weight) then he would be quicker on his feet, he already know he can hurt anyone above 250ish and i would assume he would know he can hurt a 270ish Fury if he lands on him. Am sure him and his team would now sit down and work out a decent game plan. I think coming in at 230ish didn't help him in the first fight, thats why he felt like his legs were done.

This time he’ll show up to no press conferences?
Wilder's biggest question to himself should be...
1. Do I get KTFO out again for $X? OR...
2. Take a MASSIVE step aside fee now, let Fury fight AJ, and then have an even more massive payday to fight AJ or Fury later.
I think the latter minus the fighting Fury or AJ at a later date. Its -pretty much a guarantee that there will be a 2-way rematch clause. If the undisputed fight does happen in December, Wilder will probably have to wait until 2022. By then, he will be a bit passed it, IMO.
Also, Fury has given the blueprint on how to beat Wilder and can see someone else stepping up and KOing him.
