Part 3 is on!!!
Bob Arum has declared that Deontay Wilder's team officially exercised their contractual clause for a trilogy with Tyson Fury last night. He said Fury vs Wilder III will take place in mid-July and they're open to a possible Anthony Joshua fight at the end of 2020.

Big respect to Wilder for facing his hardest opponent for a third time.
Agreed iam no fan of wilder but respect where respect is due . I personally think he should take an interim fight but it's his right to have this rubbermatch and it would be silly to hate on it .
Unless DW does a complete 180 from last fight and take bits of the first fight ( knockdowns ) punching in combos , strength your legs most important work on your speed with both movements feet and head . Problem asking a lot to do in 5 months plus recovery from this last fight . I’ll wait for free internet next day not dropping 80 -90 $ for tough man fight .
The rematch has to happen before July 18th apparently, so it’s not like they can buy much time anyway
Hopefully we get fury joshua. Wanna c Dubois joyce winner fight whyte or parker. Ruiz ortiz would b good fight also. Heavyweights been stepping up lately. Wish welterweights would also.
Respect to Wilder for taking the fight, he has earned the right to do that. It's almost pointless, though. Unless there was something seriously wrong in his camp, I don't see how Wilder can win. Then again, Fury may be less motivated to face him again, so that is something to watch out for
I tried to tell anyone who would listen that Bob Arum was never warm to an undisputed bout between Fury vs Joshua because he truly believes that Joshua is broken and that Pulev would end him. He said that AJ fights like a scared fighter.
Big respect to Wilder for facing his hardest opponent for a third time.
For sure, he is very brave and deserves credit for getting back in there when just about everyone outside his circle thinks it’s a bad idea. I just hope he acknowledges the ability of Fury and his part in how last Saturday went down. That should be the focus of his analysis and not costumes and thrown towels.
Big respect to Wilder for facing his hardest opponent for a third time.
Damn straight. Especially when he probably has around a 10-15% chance of winning.
I see him pulling out with injury, or maybe fury does so wilder can save face.
Yeah
The rematch has to happen by mid July. So if Wilder agrees then pulls out with injury, he can save face and there will be obligation from either side to go through with it after July. They can just stretch the fake injury out until after the date it’s meant to happen by..
Been saying since last week he will take the rematch and pull out
But who knows. No PBC fighter is in like for a HW title shot. So maybe he needs to take it and try to get a title back, otherwise they’re dead in the HW department.
Wilder and his team showing their incompetence yet again
Either they just want to get this quick payday out of the way
or they are dumb enough to not buy themselves free time to prepare to actually try and win.
Anyone who aims to win another rematch would wait till the last week then draw the clause.

Damn, "The Bronze Bomber" is serious. He really does want this fight badly. He is motivated and determined to get his title back. So much for not exercising his rematch clause. This is guy is all business now.
He had to take the rematch whether he wanted to or not. The way he's spoken down the years about other fighters ducking and the best fighting the best has actually forced himself into a corner. He was in an impossible situation. Could you imagine him going back to fighting nobodies in Alabama? It was rematch or retirement.
