Is there a way back for Wilder in terms of:
1. Recovering his aura of invincibility inside the ring?
2. Recovering people’s respect outside the ring (after the childish things he’s said and done in response to his first loss)?
I believe anything’s possible, but it’s going to be difficult. Any thoughts as to how it could be done?
Wilder needs to go back to what he used to do instead of falling in love with his right hand to the point of just waiting for the perfect opening!
Some solid bodyshots on Fury and The Gypsy King would not want to stay on the inside with Wilder to try and lean on him!
These are all things that can be done, he’s not used to fighting someone bigger than him who used their size and weight on him!
He has to know that a simple 1-2 isn’t gonna cut it, needs to come with a 1-2 and then the left hook either up stairs or to the body!
Some coaches have already said they would work with and help Wilder!
What did he used to do?
I've never seen him fight any other way. haha

He didn't really have that aura i feel. I think he thought it more than it was real tbh.
In short, no. history tells us that these punchers never come back like they were once they've been destroyed and their confidence has been taken away.
He's also facing a life time of ridicule after calling himself the baddest man on the planet and then complaining over a costume he chose himself.
Fury knew to be carried into the ring. Championship intangibles.
Aura of invincibility, I don't see it, you can't get flogged like he did and have an aura of invincibility, not at his age. He can win the rematch and gain respect again though, its not going to be easy but the path is obviously there.
As for respect outside the ring, depends on who's respect, the general public, possibly. They have short memories and love winners, starch Fury & Joshua in spectacular fashion, talk the right amount of family man/bad guy/warrior sound bites and maybe it could return. For a lot of actual boxing fans, no, the treatment of Breland and especially the excuses were too much, and not like a little too much, on a scale of 1 to 10, like a 14 too much. He could still be appreciated as a fighter, but respect might be a bridge too far.
Should never say never, it would be a long road though. He loses to Fury again, which you'd think is likely at this point and he is mainly forgotten by the general public and remembered by boxing fans as a great right hand with poor skill and the worse excuse of all time.
Is there a way back for Wilder... ?

1) rematch Fury... and knock him TFO
2) knock everyone else... TFO
Not really on this question posed, but I've been wondering now for a week or so, how different the HW division may have looked had the fight between Wilder and Povetkin gone through in Russia. I think now there is a good chance a juiced up Povetkin would have wiped the floor with Wilder in hostile territory and changed the whole direction of the division
Povetkin is an idiot, he blew his chance to become WBC champ with long reign. I believe Povetkin would have stopped Wilder than.

Depends who he fights.
Good idea: fighting guys like Kownacki, Martin,Whyte, Pulev, Povetkin, Hunter
Bad idea: Joshua, Ruiz, Parker, Joyce, Dubois, Ajagba
He has to chose his next fights carefully after Fury dominates him again, which he will.
