Since AJ came on the scene there has been a small number of unruly UNREASONABLE fans on Boxingscene.
Now it makes sense. AJ is Britains ranked FOURTH BEST HW OF ALL TIME. Some of you guys have him as the SECOND!! Its obvious you guys don't know how to handle winning.
Of course you think AJ is great outside of Lewis, you havent even seen a GOOD HW come from the U.K. You wouldn't know a good boxer if one slapped you in the face
That's why Fury left the UK to fight in America. He said you didn't treat him well.
I mean some of your dads and grandfather's have went their ENTIRE LIFE TIMES without witnessing a decent HW champ from England.
You're like poor people in a fancy restaurant. Talking loud, mispronouncing words and asking stupid questions.
We know you have never been here before but You're supposed to act like it.
AJ wouldn't be in Americas top 50. Tommy Morrison and Ray Mercer would get through AJ with relative ease.
Calm down guys. Act like you've won something before.
Why the hate for AJ?
And please don't tell.me you believe the lies spouted by that shameless c**t Wilder over AJ?
Even Wilder was bragging about "they're begging for the fight".
So if your beef is about ducking aim it at Wilder - if it is something else please enlighten me.
I dont know why anyone would hate AJ. He fights top ten guys and comes to bang
It isn't a criticism of AJ to rate Fury above him. The fact of the matter is it's Tyson who won all four belts not Joshua. For me that matters more than who beat who rated when. To you it may not, it's fine bud.
:lol1: 500 million? POUNDS? :lol1: Holy **** no.
If he ducks Josh he ducks Josh. Fury gets rated under guys because of that sometimes, but, right now he is the guy who just won the last of the four. He hasn't had time to duck anyone.
If he ducks the Wilder rematch I may go Joshua
If he ducks Joshua I may go Joshua.
Right now though, he's the man.
It's not possible for Joshua to win the green belt if Finkel literally will not answer the phone, or e mails.
AJ is the man, and perhaps we will find out.
I will be lumping on AJ too - they've made Fury favourite which is free money as far as I am concerned.
I went to MSG for the Ruiz fight (ffs) and will go to AJ Fury wherever it is, Saudi included- though I hope it's Wembley or Vegas.
:lol1: You're well off, nothing to do with D
Firstly, in this post, I just thought it was funny. Brag on the UK but end it with **** their #2.....I still think it is funny.
However, I do side Fury.
Joshua is just holding Tyson's belts until he beats Tyson or beats the man who beats Tyson....provided Tyson does lose at some point.
Why would I hold Joshua to Wilder? Wilder needs to beat Fury to prove he's worthy of fighting Josh now. Otherwise he's just holding up the big fight.
1 vs 2 is always more important than just supporting my personal fav or whatever.
If Wilder can't be Fury and Joshua hasn't fought him yet, then Josh-Fury is what matters. Joshua-Wilder can matter after Joshua loses, if he does, to Tyson. Then it's interesting again.
I really don't think Fury has run the full gauntlet yet, and because of that I'd make Joshua fave because he has been hungrier to fight the best.
He couldn't get Wilder in the ring.
Parker was a beltholder so that made sense. He took on Whyte who is a lot better than most Americans seem to realize (maybe he is poorly 'marketed' - I hate that word when used in boxing context) but I am aware that he isn't that well known stateside. Still, Wilder really wasn't too excited about taking him.on. Anyway, I digress....the point I was trying to make was that AJ has a better resume than Fury. Would AJ be forgiven for taking on Schwartz, Pianeta and Wallin types? I doubt it.
There is also the stylistic match up. AJ is a big lad and has a great inside game - and is heavy enough to not get wrestled like Wilder was.
By the way, the energy sapping clinches that were a huge part of Wlad's schtick all those years are more of a factor in Fury bullying Wilder than any boxing skills. I've played footy (soccer) and tennis all my life, but I have never ever been so physically drained as when i was boxing, and those were only 3 rounds lol. Now try doing 12 with a 275 pound wrecking ball leaning on you, when he's not punching your head in. Fury is a handful, but I think AJ matches well stylistically. It's one we can all.look forward to - well, if John Fury doesnt stop talking stupid money etc. Please don't let that fool give his son stupid ideas, he's been talking half a billion POUNDS!
:lol1: That's true, but, give 'em like a week or so before pissing on their cake man.
Dig this; if Fury fights Joshua for undisputed it'd be the first time since the 1850s two english HWs settled undisputed.
It's a big deal. We should welcome them and remember, even though many are dicks there are plenty who shouldn't be lumped in with them and should be congratulated.
The first for England, also means they join us in something no other nation has ever done. Let's welcome to the party. We don't need to be bitter....all the greatests are American. Even if they ranked their HWs all above US HWs, which is crazy, they still have a top ten ATGs filled with US fighters.
Tyson Fury deserves respect.
Joshua can **** himself though.

Boxing is about hitting and not being hit. I hated watching Ward fight (I think he avoided a few guys and retired early) but nobody had a problem.with his 'win ugly' style.
Besides, people saying AJ showed something new are talking ****e - he's an olympic gold medalist - he can box.
Honestly , AJ is still the man. I think only Whyte gives him a go, and maybe Dubois in a couple years.
I like the look of Ajagba, and Michael.Hunter fared well against Povetkin. Happy days for boxing fans.
Fights I'd love to see at HW
Whyte Wilder
Fury Joshua
Joshua Wilder
Dubois Joyce (coming)
Dubois Ajagba
Ajagba Hunter
Usyk vs Chisora
And so on. If we can get down to business now Finkel and Wilder are sidelined I think we will all enjoy heavyweight boxing in the next few years.
I know there are others, feel free to tell me.some obvious (Hrgovic?) Matches I missed.
LoooL you're kidding right :lol1:
But on the rest of what you said, I like the list of heavyweight fights and its a reminder that there may yet be a dominant force in the form of one of the up and coming heavyweights. People assume it will be Fury or Joshua (if he beats Fury) but someone like a Dubois or Hrgovic could overthrow them. People were talking about Wlad being champion until his mid-40s before Fury came and beat him. Lots of intriguing fights and developments ahead for sure.
I get you on that, it was a very safe performance and any neutral would not have enjoyed it. As an AJ fan I understood that the stakes were extremely high because he couldn't afford to lose to Ruiz no matter how good a fight it was lol. He had to win at all costs and that meant being very safe. There many were times when I thought he could have let his hands go but he didn't.
It was safe and kinda lacklustre but I understand given the high stakes but I can't fault anyone who criticised it and didn't enjoy it.
I would Green K you also but it says I have to spread some round before I can lol.

Lmao. EXACTLY. So you see what I mean. I say wilder sucks and I receive no back lash from his fans
But I say AJ had a lack luster performance against Ruiz 2 and I haven't been able to shake off the Wilder nutthugger label.
But respect to a REAL BOXING FAN. Green K sent. Wish i could send more!!!
This is the truth right here , iam an AJ fan myself but couldnt agree more . Iam realistic . And often pick against my favorite fighters I have been bashed for being a wilder fan myself for critiquing josh and his ruiz 2 performance and saying wilder would starch that version of joshua . Iam no wilder fan but I respect all fighters . What happened last saturday was def a long time coming . And I still wanna see joshua vs wilder just after Joshua vs fury . Would be good for both of them to settle the score after fury beats both of them . Iam also not from the uk but I certainly know that if I was my stance would be the same 110%

You lost me at "have went".
F*****g yanks !
loool wilder has my blessing to dance his way to victory in the 3rd fight without ever throwing a right hand.
The 3rd fight is all about winning at all costs. If he goes that route he’ll undoubtedly get criticism but it’s nothing compared to what will come his way if he loses.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thats how i felt, and the same about Wilder right now. Find a way to win then stay tf away from Fury lmfao

Yeah it was a hard night to take risks when all you hear is people saying if you lose your career is over.

As a "perceived" AJ hater i had no problem with how he won. It was too risky, get that fight over with no matter what and go back to being great after.

Check my earlier response to Madison Boxing... I told him that you’ve said many times Wilder is garbage.
And nah as a level headed AJ fan I didn’t take any offence to your thread because there are actually some obnoxious AJ fans. Sometimes they have accused me of a Wilder fan simply for critiquing something about Joshua. It’s like if you’re a a fan of a guy you can’t point out his flaws lol.

Oh ok. And to be clear I love the UK. I rooted for Fury to avenge his loss, and I couldnt be happier with the fashion he did it.
This is really a troll thread that is going to bother the 3-4 guys that don't let me post in peace. And it worked immediately Smh.
I dont get into My country was. My favorite guys are all around the world from Loma, to GGG, To do, Canelo. And so on. So sorry if you're from England and you took this as a childish jab.
Well it was a childish jab, but not to the UK, rather to the very FEW very LOUD AJ fans. Peace
