Ruiz's shot landed right on the ear, nowhere near the back of the head.

You are correct. This is the moment where his glove slipped behind the head:

But this is the moment of the initial connection:

When you land on the ear, your glove is on the ear, not the back of the head. This is what an actual ear shot looks like:

That's a few milliseconds after the ear shot. In the image I posted you can tell by Wilder's hairline that it is not the back of his head. I slowed the video down and captured the exact moment the shot landed. It was the ear and the entire forum knows it now, that's why the hardcore Wilderettes are coming up with a million new excuses.

Wilder's sweat caused the glove to slip behind the head immediately after landing right on the ear.

Post a picture of where the punch landed. Show us. Show us the punch landing on the ear. Why would you post an animated gif instead of a screen shot?
Two seperate angles show the punch landing on the ear.

When did I say it was proof of anything? I'm not one of those dummies arguing "but...but Fat Dan and Kevin Iole didn't think Fury won so it must be true".
i'm not arguing who won. The argument is whether a draw was a robbery or not. Boxing is a subjective sport. For you to cry appeal to authority fallacy is hilarious because the entire premise of boxing is to appeal to authority to offer a subjective assessment.
A robbery in boxing is when there is an overwhelming consensus of a clear winner among ringside experts, only for the official judges to render an implausible verdict.
If, by your own article, 15 had Fury winning and 12 didn't, how can a draw possibly be a robbery?
Hahahahah you link to an article where 15 people had Fury winning, 12 people didn't have Fury winning, and that's your proof that a draw was a ROBBERY?!?!?!?!!?

... You think you were smart by not quoting the GIF I posted?...
... No way: it's still here, for everybody to watch it... :)

The old appeal to authority fallacy. Most of the media actually did have Fury winning though.

Nope, of course!... :)
... I also voted that Wilder will KO Fury, on a prediction thread... (but we all didn't believe Kronk's Sugar Hill... You see: some people just believe in their own words and, most of all, work! )
that's it, I guess...
Oh well , that makes two of us
I’ll be honest and say I didn’t believe them either
Did you believe them

... but what was "funny enough" was the fact that Fury and Sugar Hill told everything in advance, but nobody believed them!!! :)
... a stiff jab marked Wilder in the 1st round... later on, a jab to the body put Wilder on his ass... what more to say?... :)

Ok what excuse do you have for us next fanboyCongratulations to Tyson Fury on his WBC title victory over Deontay Wilder. He is a great fighter who put on a very good performance against the hardest puncher in the division. I admit that he was definitely the better man that night. He wanted it and went out there and took it. So great job champ and enjoy your victory for as long as you can.
... I'm not here in order to take sides... In fact, Wilder just tried to duck that punch... (but he was already badly tagged before -- in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds... it just went like that -- Fury kept his promise and went for the kill since the beginning... and I didn't believe he would be able to)...
Funny enough , I felt the same way
But , hats off to Fury for coming in and doing exactly what he said he would do

Fury's jab beat Wilder.

I actually thought it was behind the ear but not after seeing your shot
Definitely against the ear and then the glove slips behind the head
Although , imo , it was Wilders fault , he is the one who turns his head
Nothing Fury or anybody can do about that
