Thinking back after last nights beatdown of PBC's Ace Deontay Wilder, would you say his adviser gave him bad advice not to take the Joshua fight years ago?
In my opinion, Wilder would've beaten Anthony Joshua when the fight was offered. Had Wilder had beaten Joshua, the fight last night wouldve been for much more money and all the belts making a re-match much more epic.
Now after last night, I am not even sure if Deontay will come back. So was it bad advice?.. Thoughts...
Which fight? 12m flat fee? No.
The three fight DAZN deal? Also no. If anything, fury and wilder showed that if you really want to make a fight, you don’t make it a multi fight deal.
