Wilder was the GOAT, Fury a “coward, - “bum”, “featherfisted”, “garbage” yet Fury came in heavy, had a bad camp and had injuries and won every second of every round and humialted Wilder. Wilder looked terrible. I know his fans claim he won but he didn’t. He lost. He has no power either because Fury proved the bigger puncher and more MAN.
Fury > Bumsquad.
I can’t remember a time when a fight between “two” elites resulted on a one-sided beatdown. Usually a guy can be winning but it’s still competitive like Thurman vs Garcia, Pacquiao vs Thurman, Pacquiao vs Marquez, Spence vs Porter etc. Even Joshua-Ruiz. Wilder got beat up like he didn’t belong, Fury just walked to him and pummelled him and he gave next to nothing back.
Nope
Joshua at least put Ruiz down and fought back. Wilder got raped. You ever watched oz? Remember that scene when adebisi rapes that Italian mobster? That's what happened to Wilder last night
I disagree..... Wilder did A LOT OF TALKING!
.... baddest man this, catch a body that, God can't save him, pillows for fists, my 2 year old hits harder...... etc
I don't know if I've seen anyone talk that much and get beat up the way he did, he never even had a moment in the fight and he looked way more helpless than Joshua did...... people were genuinely concerned for his life and hoping the ref would stop it by round 5. You can keep throwing AJ down but Wilder got served a double dose last night.
Ok. I don't agree but both of you make excellent points that I can't argue with. Wilder was humbled and humiliated.
Nah, AJ and Ruiz is more embarrassing imo. With Wilder and Fury, the odds were pretty even, and the first fight was close according to judges. But with AJ and Ruiz, not only were the odds not even close, but Ruiz pretty much beat him all across the ring while virtually having no chance before the fight.
Basically, both AJ and Wilder got beat up badly, but Wilder got beat up by a fighter who had even odds to beat him, while AJ got beat by an astonomical underdog
Well with that observation you are only confirming the obvious and that is: Wilder has huge balls, a good chin and that Tyson Fury cannot hit a lick.
Despite weighing 273 lbs and being more than 40 lbs heavier than Wilder. Tyson Fury couldn't put him away or keep him down on the canvas after dropping him twice.
So that is an indictment on Tyson Fury's punching power. He was landing flush on Deontay Wilder's chin all night long and the Bronze Bomber was still able to eat that shit.
Even the referee was giving Fury free shots on Wilder and he still couldn't finish him. Had the fight gone longer Wilder would have landed that right hand and knocked his ass out because Fury was starting to gas.
Lol, sure.
Right, he did. But we were discussing one sided beat downs and avenging a loss doesn't undo that.
Joshua scored a knock down in first fight. Wilder did nothing but getting punishment.

The problem for Wilder was that so many ppl told him that he has the higher knockout % in history, that he only needed one punch to dispatch any opponent and that got to his head.
He ended doing nothing but spending the time in the ring trying to land that one big punch that never came instead and having a game plan A an B at least, working in his preparation better not just saying it but doing it. I hope he becomes a humble person after this dosis or reality and thanks Fury in the process as the man showed some sportmanship.
I think as bad as Wilder looked and as brutally as he got his ass beat, nothing is more embarrassing than getting beat by Ruiz to the point you quit.

Yeah, nobody thought Ruiz had a chance in the world. Odds on Wilder-Fury II were even and was a fight between the top two heavyweights. The Ruiz beating was much worse.
But Joshua came back from this.
I mean seriously, what can Wilder change. Will he become a world class outboxer in 6 months?
Get real Wilder fans, Wilder is in much worse position than joshua after a loss against Ruiz. Joshua knew how to change something and he did it.
I’ll never understand why fans of a good fighter like Fury insist upon characterizing his defeated opposition as “bums." This detracts from Fury’s accomplishment: He dominated a fighter that nobody including himself had defeated before.
But continue. I guess Fury didn’t actually whip a good fighter at all. Sure. Whatever.
I’m not a Fury fan. I’ve just always said Wilder is a bum. I was proven right.

Wilder fans are saying he’s still the best and unbeatable and was robbed. The other ones are in hiding and I know they are saying that.
Not many saying that though.

Fury > Bumsquad. You are only confirming the obvious. First of all let me state for the record that everyone knows that Wilder has always been a limited fundamentally sound fighter. So how he got this far in his career and why did it take so long for him to be finally exposed is nothing short of a miracle? He is your prototypical overachiever.
He got into boxing late at 19 years old to earn money for his sick daughter. He had only 38 amateur fights before entering into the 2008 Summer Olympic games and yet still managed to win a bronze medal.
Boxing was never his calling and never ran through gene pool. Therefore, if he never fights again he has more than exceeded expectations. He will become a first ballot HOF.
What? Who's saying Wilder is the best? You're an odd man to have a conversation with.
