Not a foul when the punch wasn't aimed at the back of the head. It's not a scoring blow to punch somebody directly on the back of their head, even if they duck. It's an accidental foul. Considering he had a rematch clause, the smart thing would have been to just never get up after the shot to the back of the head and just live to fight another day.
