I’m glad everybody is positive on this PPV numbers but let’s be real I think the PPV sells about 300-400k at the most even with all this promotions.
The first fight did 325k with only Showtime pushing it. Not sure why you thought the rematch, which was clearly a much bigger fight, which also had Fox and ESPN pushing it, would only do around what the first fight did.
I would say 600k max ....they only did 300k 1st fight and asking more that double that is a push.
There not good numbers when it’s suppose to be a mega heavyweight fight if it’s less than 750k.
That’s just facts
Any number below 750k and they're losing money...so I agree with you in a sense...still impressive though

600,000-800,000 is my guess. These guys are not huge draws yet. The promotion has been excellent and I think a 3rd fight can do over a million, when these guys become better known.
Will they release official PPV numbers or will they be too embarrassed to admit it sold less than their lofty projections? I'd guess it sells between 500-650k.
I personally won't be buying it. DAZN disrupted the market in more ways than one. They have slowly been killing boxing PPVs in the U.S. When was the last time a boxing PPV sold over or anywhere near 1M? Canelo Vs GGG 2. They both fight on DAZN. 99$ for a yearly subscription.
What is better for the consumer. One fight 74.95 or multiple PPV level fights for 99$ a year? Vote with your wallets.
I definitely agree that DAZN is better value and has disrupted the market. So has illegal streaming, of course. A fight like this traditionally would've done 1M+.
Ermm I reckon about 650-700K..... and I think that’s slightly on the optimistic side. I’m not sold on the idea that these guys are household names in the US and that’s what is normally needed to get anywhere near the 1 million mark.
My highest prediction if things were really to be a success would be 1 million. But I think 800k is a more realistic number. I hope my prediction is wrong and the PPV does better cuz this is a great fight and deserves the success considering what they gave us in 2018.

Fox and PBC and all their croonies on social media can say it sold 800k-1.1 million buys but the truth is it will be 300-400k let’s not be naive. I am a true boxing fan all my co-workers are going to just watch on a stream feed instead of spending $80 for one fight
For the multiple push its had from espn and fox, I'm thinking between 650-750k.
I still have yet to find any casuals talking about it though. My homies, who are boxing fans for the most part are all interested. Bachelor party this weekend for one of my boys and the homie is ordering it. Undercard isnt anything to note, unfortunately. Wish Gabe Flores Jr's fight was televised cause the kid is fun to watch!
How many US PPV buys will Wilder/Fury II do? Predictions below.
I'll say that it performs extremely well and does 700k.
Good number! I’ve predicted 650k
