Another one of Whyte's tall tales that never happened except in his imagination. He was probably watching Klitschko vs. Pulev on Youtube and fantasizing that it was Deontay who got knocked out. I think we all already knew this and why wilder ducked Klitschko. It’s not really a surprise. What I would say is we know wilder has (in the last two years) begun to take on tougher opposition so maybe had Klitschko still been around now would have considered a fight in 2021? Obviously he isn’t and with both Fury and Joshua having beaten him at a much younger age is one of the reason his resume looks inferior at this moment in time.
