i don’t think so, the man has been offered plenty of money to take easier fights that could lead to a Canelo fight. Why should anyone believe Canelo is ducking Charlo? How many times have ppl said Canelo won’t fight so and so and the man gos and fights that oponnents and win lose or draw he takes that risk. How many times has Charlo done that? Why should anyone pressure Canelo and not Charlo?
I'm honestly not 100% sure what the plan for Jermall REALLY is. He's been at 160 for over 2 years and I dare to question if Jermall himself or Al have ever made any attempt to make that fight. I personally feel it has to do with the fact that Al Haymon / PBC would have to concede to Canelo / Golden Boy being he's the "Cash Cow" with a proven Box Office. Al NEVER plays 2nd fiddle to anyone when it concerns his "Major Players". I also feel they've done a piss poor job promoting Jermall (in particular) by not putting him in front of more faces and better match ups to get the Casual Public's attention. So instead of fighting Canelo (which Al and WBC likely knew all along) they conveniently granted Jermall "Full" WBC Champ status. The only fight I'd some what would still like to see is him and GGG but even that being said GGG would still be the A-side with a proven Box Office himself.
If I was in Canelo's shoes I would prioritize opponents using the following criteria:
Best for Biggest Money, Best for Resume, Best for Record to break.
DAZN's business model breaks best for biggest money because Canelo's pay is predefined.
Now that he doesn't have to worry about trying to make the fights that generates the most money he seem to now only care about record breaking and seasoning his resume with big names.
Fielding, Kovalev for Record Breaking
Jacob's for seasoning Resume.
I'm assuming Canelo's next opponent will be a SMW to solidify his claim to holding a title in SMW.
As for Charlo, the question is where does he sit in the scale of best name recognition sorted by least lvl of difficulty. Out of the follow possible opponents where would you place Charlo:
Derevyanchenko, Charlo, Andrade, Eubank, Saunders, Plant, Smith, Benavides, beterbiev, Bivol, Fornling and possibly Munguia or Crawford.
Crawford! Are u insane ?

ggg-canelo ordered by wbc.
charlo-ggg ordered by wbc.
canelo-charlo no fight ordered...
regardless if you think canelo ducked charlo, fight was never ordered...
the fight was never PUBLICLY ORDERED out of respect to canelo. which is why instead of canelo telling the WBC to **** off like he did last time, they were able to privately work out a compromise so everybody could save face.
but canelo was absolutely told time was up and he has to fight charlo or vacate and he chose vacate.
i guess for some reason you think he vacated for the hell of it and not because he didn't want to fight his mandatory?
Are you really that stupid? Why would Canelo give up his world title if he was willing to fight Charlo? Use your brain please.

so in other words, fight was never ordered...
and you have no proof of the ****t you wrote...

Apparently you don't understand how sanctioning bodies (other than the IBF, who treats everyone the same) operate with the big stars. They don't send them unannounced letters with firm demands like they would with a no name fighter. They go to them and say, "it's been so long, you have to finally fight your mandatory or give up your belt, how do you want to handle it?"
As always, when told he has to fight his mandatory, Canelo vacated. He's not going to give 30-35% to a mandatory. He's always going to give up a belt rather than do that.so in other words, fight was never ordered...

stop the lies, fight was never ordered.. prove me wrong and post a link when the charlo fight was ordered...

He doesn't have faith in Jermall pulling a Ruiz & rather keep his fighter undefeated and most importantly in his eyes to hold onto the only middleweight belt Haymon Boxing has
Uncle Al probably knows JerMall wouldn't get a W since he fights like a statue w/ subpar head movement / is flat-footed so what's the point? Don't get me wrong I want to see Alvarez vs Charlo + it would sell out tickets at @ higher amount than the Jacobs, Sergey matches which wasn't sold out y it would be a way bigger event than El Canelo vs Danny, Kovalev
when was that fight ordered???
canelo fought jacobs and kova this year, he has other priorities, charlo not being one of them doesnt mean is a duck...
if that was the case every fighter from 160 to 175 will claim canelo is ducking..
every fighter from 160-175 wasn't canelo's mandatory.
We get it TROLL you HATE Canelo. You already told us that 100x! Yeah we know you had GGG winning all 24 rounds also.
No idea what you're talking about. Don't hate Canelo at all. Had GGG winning their first fight and had Canelo winning their second fight.
Canelo didn't want to fight his mandatory, so he vacated. Not sure why that's hard to believe. He vacated a second middleweight belt shortly thereafter. He doesn't want to fight mandatories, so he's ducking them. Very understandable.
Why would there be a contract? Canelo refused the fight. The fight was ordered. Canelo said no. The "franchise title" was created so everyone could save face. If Canelo was willing to fight Charlo, franchise wouldn't exist.

I don’t remember reading ANYTHING about Canelo refusing to fight Charlo??? The franchise sht is another way for the WBC to add $$$$$ to their pockets. Nothing MORE and nothing less...
Charlo was Canelo's mandatory. Canelo refused to fight him and was stripped of the world title. The franchise title was created so he and the WBC could save face. Not sure how you can say with a straight face that Canelo was willing to fight Charlo when the fight was ordered and Canelo chose to vacate instead.
So who did Loma refuse to fight??? And Wilder gonna get it next. Who he refusing???
Top Rank was unwilling to make Loma vs Haney and asked for Loma to be given franchise status so he could duck Haney.
Wilder doesn't want to vacate his title and has specifically said he would refuse the franchise title. He wants to continue to be the world champion.
Show me the contract where Canelo refused to fight Charlo???
