There's no way anyone would take the chance of making him a PPV Main Event. There's every chance he turns up a fat mess with no training behind him. People sued after Pacquiao's shoulder - what would they make of Ruiz turning up out of condition not once but twice? He's got a lot to prove before he gets anywhere near that kind of level. True!
