Wilder complained about how the ref handled the 12th round for the first fight.
Wilder said he wished the count started sooner, then he said the count was too long, then he said Fury shouldn't have had a chance to continue at all because he was concussed.
I'd think Fury would want Reiss to referee again, but Wilder may try to veto that pick. Similar to how Mayweather criticized Tony Weeks after the first Maidana fight, then said he would be replaced for the rematch; Bayless was referee for Mayweather-Maidana 2.
Will Jack Reiss or Kenny Bayless be the referee for Wilder-Fury 2?
I don't care who it is, it isn't going the distance. Who the EMTs are who will have to rush Wilder to the emergency room after Fury nearly kills him, is more important than who the ref will be.
I doubt either will, you do know there are more then those 2 refs right
Bayless refs most of the big fights, he worked Mayweather-Pacquiao and most big Mayweather and Pacquiao fights.
Judges and refs have resumes just like fighters. Before a fight, the commentators often mention the number of fights and title fights that Judges and/or refs worked. They will probably want a experienced ref for Wilder-Fury 2, with both fighters and their teams having input.
If it's in Vegas it will be some corrupt ref on the take you can bet
i think furys team will bring in marlon wright(and a sack full of cash) if fury goes down again give him a 20 count and start yelling at wilder to get in his corner until fury is recovered!
I doubt either will, you do know there are more then those 2 refs right
we always see the same 5 or so guys just like we always see the same 10-15 judges. kinda weird...even if they fu-kk up badly...they still get to come back and do their thing. they are like the trumps of boxing. giant fu-kk ups that never go away in the face of overwhelming evidence
