Sulaiman confirms Lomachenko franchise request...

A week or so ago Lomachenko denied requesting the franchise designation, claiming that he had nothing to do with it. Sulaiman confirmed the request came from none other than Arum/Top Rank. He then went on to defend this ridiculous franchise designation that even he knows sounds confusing admitting it's designation that only a handful of "special" fighters will ever be able to attain. :pat: Furthermore, he explains franchise champions are indeed capable of being undisputed - unknowingly admitting both the regular champ and the franchise champ are capable of pursuing undisputed champs simultaneously. :dunno: It starts at 1:45 just when Tank Davis moved up.
