I did not miss a damn thing. Just worry about yourself and don't worry about me, Canelo lover. You think you are so damn smart and superior but the forum doesn't agree since you are always red.
nah, my points and karma were taken by a moderator

well according to some floyd fans floyd fighting hoya was some kind of mega challenge even though hoya had like 3 fights in 4 years and lost 2(sturm robbery) they are easily tricked by shiny objects though and thought floyd movin up in weight to fight an over the hill guy was something special
Put it in reverse though. Why would the biggest superstar at the time want to fight a nobody, low challenge fight if Floyd was not special. DeLaHoya was the one who wanted Floyd.
True...he was a megastar, but not pfp#1

Millions more saw Canelo lose to Floyd than watched the Kov fight. He was already a megastar
Pac and Floyd putting Fishnets out of his misery just hastened the inevitable.

Happens in the sport. You become a star, the guys who beat you ride on your star. Not any mystery to it. Happens in hollywood when people do films together.
That said, Canelo was a MUCH bigger star going into this.
nope, Ward was #1 P4P before he fought Kovalev
and it is not uncommon for a guy who jumps TWO divisions and WINS, to get recognition

wow boxing historian over here. only problem is he wasn't. he didn't become p4p till after the first kovalev fight when gonzalez who was #1 lost. here is a little reading material for you. put ring tv in to the asteriks with no space between them

funny enough in that second article they even say ward beat kovalev in controversial fashion but meh we don't care. we only go by official decisions.
eleider alvarez has the best win over kovalev and no one cares about him. poor guy.
True. Forgot about him. But he did get a good deal with Top Rank off of it
Only if you make Ward and Canelo number 1 pfp for beating Kovalev and I never did that. Canelo needs to beat a better fighter who actually tries to win for me to rate him the world's best boxer. Like Beterbiev or Bivol. I never thought Ward was the best either. To each his own.

Victories over Oscar made Hopkins, Mayweather and Pacquaio superstars. Now it seems fighting Kovalev has made Ward and Canelo pfp #1s.
