Canelo started at welter but could not be the best there so he moved up but still lost to much smaller Mayweather. If he tried to fight Spence he would get KO and loss to Crawford too. At middleweight he needed paid judges and drug meat to be the best, but above middleweight he finally is better than the others.
Please stop trolling, Spence couldn`t stop a lightweight Mikey Garcia and struggled with Porter badly.
Mayweather was elite 147/154 fighter and Canelo was young than. No way mayweather would even fight todays version of Canelo.
You can`t be serious. Canelo stops every welterweight.

Kovalev had no conviction in his punches because Canelo is a champion counter puncher. He wants people to commit a punch, so that he can clobber them with his iron fists. If you can remember, he even made GGG doubt himself at times.
Kovalev didn't freely commit, so Canelo was mostly limited to countering to the body. The height difference saved Kovalev for most of the fight. But if Kovalev committed a few times too much with say "a chopping right" then Kovalev would have had a nice retirement nap in the early rounds.
And if you think the fight was fixed, I urge you to watch the final moments of the fight again and observe the 2 right hands Kovalev takes before he goes lamb and limp. From the 2nd overhand right Kovalev took, he was already wobbling. He composes himself fairly quick, but from there his head is already spinning. Then he takes a HEAVY left hook under the ear and it's all over. The last punch was just Canelo doing his job as a professional fighter.
good post man, this is ridiculous...
Kovalev sold himself out... his social media posts confirm it.
View this post on Instagram Dear friends, I am in good order and good mood! Yes, I didn’t have enough gas in the battle against Alvarez for all 12 rounds, but our tactics worked and paid off until I ran out of gas. The main thing is that I am not morally broken, so there are new goals and milestones ahead that will certainly be taken Thanks to God for everything what I have and now I just want to relax with my family and enjoy my life. I won’t make any decisions yet, everything has its time. In the meantime, life is just beginning All good! A post shared by Sergey «KRUSHER» Kovalev (@sergeykrusherkovalev) on Nov 6, 2019 at 2:02am PST

anyone who saw the Yarde fight knew Kovalev was done and looking for a cash out before retirement. He was lucky to come out of that fight with the win, Yarde simply collapsed due to exhaustion. It was a low risk-high reward fight, same with the Khan fight, it just elevates Canelo's status further. Very smart matchmaking, similar to Pac/Mayweather, something that Golovkin, Crawford, Loma's handlers seem to be incapable of.
The truth is 175 is mostly out of shape guys who cant fight the lighter fighters just like Canelo would lose to Crawford
You can`t be serious. Canelo stops every welterweight.
Not a fix but a cherrypick. Kov is old and shot. Still, credit to Clenelo for taking the risk. The guy picked the right cherry
- -U Timbuktu street sweeper? Kov was #1boxrec, #2 Ring.

I think that MANY of you " fixed " fools are simply dishonest
but for the rest of you guys, who are genuinely confused lol...
this situation arose because of your ignorance...
when Golovkin pleaded with Canelo to fight him like a Mexican, Canelo did just that... and how did Golovkin respond?... right, he jumped on his bike
how did you guys respond?... did you make ridiculous excuses, or did you recognize what happened and give Canelo his props?
right... you clowns made ridiculous excuses
FACT: YOU underestimated Canelo
you blurted out rubbish like... Golovkin "forgot" to work da body doe... Golovkin demanding that Canelo fight him like a Mexican was just a ploy to trick Canelo... Golovkin knew that he could win with his jab... etc etc
Canelo is sharp and punishing... it would have been easier for you guys to admit that, even at the risk of confirming that he did a number on Golovkin... than it was to insist that the Kovalev fight was fixed LMAO

So the undecideds are the ones who are not totally convinced, but still think something was off. So they’re in the same group as the ones who think Kova’s performance was fixed. So together they represent about 45%. That’s almost half who think that something was definitely off in the fight.
nobody ever denied that there was a ton of morons on this site
good to see there are still more smart, than stupid

you are fabricating ridiculous stories to explain why Kovalev was hesitant... unable to commit... unable to work the body... unable to get his game going... got walked down... and ate HARD punches all night long...
despite the fact THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO GOLOVKIN, you dumb kid
did Golovkin also throw the fight... or was it just Kovalev... ?
