People are always so critical of ex fighters speech the moment they make any little slip up. It's not like he sounds like Toney or Bowe. He was struggling and searching for words. He was never eloquent but I can see a difference. Something is off. He obviously isn’t Iran Barkley level punchy but he has slipped a bit since the last time I heard him speak.

I don't know what was going on but that was hard to watch...I don't think he is really punchy, maybe drunk

I think people also forget these guys are retired and at a big show he might have had a couple of drinks. I saw some ****ty cell phone interview of Tim Bradley and I though he seemed super punch drunk but then saw him in tv months later and he was fine.

He hung around too long. He is struggling to find the words. Showing signs of taking too many punches late in his career. Don’t disrespect a legend
