need to re-evaluate their statements, sure everyone looks a good dust up, but it not us in the ring with out future in our hands for 36 minutes. too many boxers have died this year already, heck even one is more than too many.

- -Time for them and you to quit boxing.

Men who retreat from toe to toe combat are not men, they are cowards. Period. Men do not take a step back, they stand their ground. If you let another make you run backwards, you are bsh.
But then those same guys get called bums for losing.
Anyways this aint a street fight. And since u feel so strongly about that im curious to know how u felt about GGG not going toe to toe with Canelo.
Lol im dying to know
To me what makes certain fighters cowards is when they behave in a cowardly manner. If any person behaves in a cowardly manner they are cowardly people as far as I'm concerned. That doesn't mean I don't respect their commitment to the sport & it doesn't mean I don't respect certain parts of who they are,it just means I have no respect for them as people.
Sometimes that entails that a fighter is being an obnoxious loudmouth about other more accomplished fighters while at the same time hypocritically doing much worse & especially til an older age(ducking),or when they call others cowardly runners then do the exact opposite they were woofing about Mexican style. Sometimes its because a fighter behaves like a disrespectful buffoon towards everyone else including himself, bottom line is I believe respect is earned & if you carry yourself in a way that is the opposite of whats considered being a respectable man, then I consider you a cowardly man, regardless of what you have accomplished.
I consider Saunders a coward & I consider ggg a pansy fraud, for different reasons,I consider Broner a cowardly man, because of his life outside the ring, just like BJS & several others. I consider ggg to be a complete fraud & unrespectable because of his track record of being a greedy hypocrite that plays it safe, but I don't consider ggg a coward because hes great to his family & he lives his life in a respectable enough manner outside the ring.(when I say respectable all I mean is some fighters are complete lowlives that waste their talent & or who are selfish cowards to their family or others like BJS/Broner)
Well said bro.
I can respect that even if we have different interpretations of what makes a coward.
I still believe any guy that puts it all on the line in a boxing ring for the fans entertainment, money or adulation is not a coward in my book.
To get in the ring you have to conquer your fears and to me that takes courage.
Some runners are cowards like Lara or Paulie
Others just can’t fight on the inside
Nah guys..
You guys are wrong and if you know and love boxing then you will know what you posted is BS
Edit-referring to GGG and Pacphobia.
Maybe you are both the same poster cause it's pretty rare to see such ill informed and childish answers in the one thread.

I hate boxers being called cowards.
Absolutely no boxer amateur or professional can be labelled a coward unless they fill their gloves up with bricks or use peds to cheat.
