Why I hate GGG

Now we both know ggg always claimed he could “easily” make 154. Was he lying about that? Maybe that’s why he was unwilling to try! But didn’t he say he would do it for Floyd? Like I said, too many hyped up lies! And so what if it was a catchweight! Didn’t ggg just have a catchweight fight vs Rolls @164? Was that ok for ggg to do with Rolls but it’s not Ok for Cotto who took massive punishment in his career VS a fresh ggg who never took punishment! Answer that please He effectively cut out all the top Middleweights not just Golovkin. Saunders, Lemieux, Danny Jacobs etc. That's what I find outrageous.

Golovkin was the latter; a fighter, weighing out the risk/reward, to get back to his family with as much money as possible, with as much of his brains as possible, like every other fighter that he set out to denigrate. My logic is simple; my first and primary responsibility is to my family, with anything beyond them being ok being extra. I don't fake the funk, I get the bills paid, I sock away money for savings, and invest a bit too. People hate fighters for the pettiest of reasons. First, it was Abel then Abel gets replaced and ggg betrayed Abel, then it’s because HBO hyped him, completely ignoring this guy is of Olympic pedigree but was stuck fighting in Europe because he wouldn’t and could possibly do well here. Then it’s because he won’t fight their boogeyman of the month. The. He fights whom they call the biggest name in boxing and doesn’t come off as hypejob but as an equal of whom they call elite and so that kills the hypejob talk so it’s back to regurgitating wards name. The hilarity is we saw both mayweather and pacquiao go through the same, we saw Canelo go through the same and for the record there are some super Canelo groupies here who used to shhhh hard on him but now want to act like a name change made us forget that fact. I feel like this generation of fight fans lived the drama of five years of Floyd vs manny drama and can’t function without any drama today so it’s hate for no reason. When one guy retires suddenly he was great because the fighter they like beat him or lost to him. I also have to laugh because as I am typing this out mentioning Because he didn’t fight the boogeyman of choice this month..here cake several hypocrites to prove my point. Had anyone heard of Jeff Horn? Kovalev is the same kind of fighter Pac is but worse at this stage in his career. Can he be competitive? Sure. But fighters at that age only look good because of matchmaking and even then Kovalev looked like ****. People saying Pac can take Spence arent even watching his fights. Pac doesnt have the power or stamina to keep up with Spence. Boxing is garbage when everyone just wants to cherry pick the old man and act like hes the best version of himself. While Canelo is calling out old guys might as well call out RJJ too. Heard he still boxes and he could become an ATG by adding that name "Roy Jones Jr" to his resume.

My issue is that there's really nothing not to like about him. I have a theory that it's created based on very shallow reasons and I decided to get people to admit it if they were willing. Is it the fight I want most? No. But Canelo don't want to do it again even though everyone in boxing knows that fight needs to happen and want it. Nothing GGG can do about that.
