Munguia? are you serious? i dont think ANYBODY wants to see Jaime fight. If anything, I want to see him fight J-Rock, Charlo, Lara and others at '54. Jaime is GARBAGE. The rest you mentioned I'd like to see as well
I think Muniaga/Spence would be an interesting style matchup and a great pre cursor to Spence/Canelo. Muniaga is wild, unpredictable and makes for good TV fights. Although, I missed his last fight and heard it wasn't particularly good.
You are right, fights with the PBC guys, especially Charlo, Jrock and Hurd, will be exciting to watch.
Spence desn't appear to have the kind of persona that Ali, Tyson or Floyd have. He could end up being the next Hagler where he just fights and beats everyone and people gravitate toward him because he does win.
I am hoping to see Spence fight Manny, Crawford, Muniaga and eventually Canelo. If he can work his way to 160 undefeated then he an Canelo could be the next super fight.

Spence or Wilder? Who will be the first to have fans(pay to see them lose?)
Itll have to be Wilder. Spence is at least making fights with the top welters, although he's still hiding from Bud.
Wilder on the other hand is rematching a guy nobody wants to see him fight again and turned down a record setting amount of money to fight AJ for ALL THE BELTS.
I don't really see Spence doing too much to pull bigger crowds but win and being himself. The guys who he claimed were ducking are now stepping up to the plate accordingly.

which means you've just reiterated the 1st lesson for any pro fighter-its about putting asses in the seats. If Floyd's persona got them to buy a seat, or his skills, it doesn't really matter. All that matters is the seat is sold.
Of course, had ODH or Shane fought Floyd when he 1st called them out, he may not have needed the money may persona. Adapt or die! Floyd adapted.

Let's keep it a buck here. As skilled and technical as Floyd is, take away the Money May persona, and all the antics on 24/7. At ww Floyd's style with no ko's doesn't get half the ppv buys he got for fighting guys like Guerrero, Ortiz, Maidana imo.

Actually millions of people pay to see great skill. Fans love to see excellence. Greatness. Notice that the cash cows after ali have been Tyson, SRL, ODH and Floyd. Only one was pure power. Fans want to see power in the Hwt division but skill in all the others.
Whitaker didn't fight in obscurity. WTF are you talking about? Hopkins and Wright were high risk, low reward guys that couldn't get fights but both are HOF'ers. I don't having either of their careers is a negative.

Really? Had your crush not came up with that Money May persona, with that safety first style he would have fought in as much obscurity as guys like Whitaker, Hopkins, and Winky Wright.
Who actually would pay big bucks to see that spoiler style? Only his die hards like you and Larry.

Are we to pretend that Wilder or Spence are special cases? Look how many have rejoiced over Ruiz beating the stuffing out of the overstuffed Joshua (Not me :D )..or even Canelo's dubois decision win over Golovkin.
Which fighters exactly don't have any such fans? Any fighters that don't have fans hoping to see them lose, probably just aren't very well known yet.
A fighter like Floyd will never happen again that’s a once in a lifetime fighter they won’t ever re-create just like Shane Mosley wasn’t the next sugar ray leanord. Spence and wilder are making their own mark in their own way but it’s nothing Floyd like.
Spence or Wilder? Who will be the first to have fans(pay to see them lose?)Maybe Wilder but not Spence. He seems quite likable. He doesn't take any lip without giving some back but he is usually respectful to his opponents. He has an eye pleasing, nice to watch fighting style. I root for him to win, not lose. Wilder is fun to watch in the ring but can be loud and annoying outside the ring. I don't want him to lose either and hope he KOs Fury. If he fights Ruiz I might root for Ruiz but if Wilder wins I would not be sad.
Usual lies from you. Carry on.

Neither in my opinion because I don't feel either will reach such status. There was never any questioning Mayweathers position as the #1 aside from Pacquiao for a few years.
Mayweather is going to be remembered as one of the best in boxing history likely in top 3 on many peoples list all biased fans aside.
Whether people want to admit it or not Mayweather was a special fighter in his time along with Pacquiao and what he is doing even at his older age in this current moment.
Fans and spectators often brush this aside but those two aren't just regular pfp but some of the best to ever do it.
I don't see that with Spence because it would require him to just dominate 147 to 160 which I truly don't see happening. He still hasn't established himself as the #1 at welterweight and he is around 29.
Now if Wilder just starts knocking everyone out for his last few years against live competition then maybe. Problem is he is already up there in age.
Neither one is as good or will ever be as good as Floyd skillwise or at playing the villain.
Spence is too much of a nice guy to get that much hate, so Wilder will get that "Mayweather treatment" you're referring too, but he'll likely lose before he become a big enough draw for fans to pay to see him lose.
Plus Wilder is much more likeable and down to Earth than Floyd ever was.
Well if they call themselves the best ever after running and hugging their way to victory, while fixing everything down to what aspirin the opponent takes they will get people to pay to see them lose I can assure you that.
Usual lies from you. Carry on.
Like Floyd both will have fans and as soon as one starts to really move PPV units like Canelo one did, you will see forum scum come up with stupid theories to take credit away.
For example Spence gets no credit for having fans or being a draw. All the sales for the Spence/Garcia PPV were driven solely by Mikey according to some posters.
