Brook was whooping Spence EZ in the first half.
Brook took a beating from GGG(GGG took his soul). Went from 160 back down to 147 RJJ style and got stabbed in the leg by his gay lover.
If none of those tragedies ever happened Brook would be King of the Welter Weight division right now.

I thought Brook made Spence look like he was on roller skates in the first half. My brother said Spence will come on later, and he did. Hopefully Brook and Khan will happen, which is at least worth bragging rights in the UK. Problem is winning doesn’t outweigh losing for each guy. So they will ask for a lot.
I posted a wall of text around 12 months ago about the tragic circumstances of Kell Brook's downfall. I agree with the OP that he took fights he shouldn't have, and it ruined his career. He should have vacated at Welter and moved up to 154, an undefeated fighter still. Fighting GGG and Spence one after the other was career suicide.

Kell Brook was a really good borderline almost P4P fighter at his absolute best (2015 or so), but he was never that special.
He wasn't as good as Crawford or the fighter that Spence is become
