Not saying Spence puts on Canelo weight just he’s has a naturally bigger frame compared to Bud , I think there will be a size difference if they fought and that could be a deciding factor Bud has never fought a Natural Big WW ( Horn doesn’t count ) , I could be wrong
Spence is a bit bigger frame-wise, but it's nothing extraordinary. Why does Horn not count? He is a larger WW. Not the most skillful, but ...
They are very similar. Weak resumes, unbeaten status, prime welterweights. That`s why they have to fight. Of course, Porter can steal the show if he beats Spence.
Crawford has proven he's a top level fighter. He just hasn't been developed like he should have been as the star he should be. That said, every boxing fan wants to see that fight. And with the right promotion there would be interest from the casuals.
No one ever "deserves" a fight. But most have no problem with Crawford and Spence fighting. PBC dealing with Arum won't happen until Arum is ready to make real compromise, not just mouth-noise, per promoting the fight and networks (unfortunate, but anyone who knows Arum over the years understands).
P4P ratings are hype, mean next to nothing in the ring.
Haney vs Loma? Why not? Or it can wait. No problems.
Expecting a division to dance to your music because "you want to unify the belts" is laughable. Everyone has to fight their way in and up. Spence called out the top dogs as soon as he arrived. Porter is the second to respond years later, with Kell Brook being the first (and Spence had to fight into a position to be IBF mandatory).
:luvbed: nice
Not really. Spence doesn't pull a canelo-type weight gain on fight night. He has to make 147 like Bud does, there won't be much of a size difference.

It's not just hype. There's near unanimous consensus in the boxing industry that Crawford is one of the top fighters in the world.
Arum sent Ramirez to DAZN. He's sent various fighters to the UK. He works with every promoter there is. Many of the relevant fighters in the Top Rank stable are co-promoted by somebody else. Arum don't compromise is the go-to logical fallacy when someone needs to justify behavior damaging to the sport.
I think the valid question is "What did Spence do to deserve a fight with Crawford?"
He got a belt against a decent Brook then suddenly he is P4P material? WTF is that?
That's plain silly. Crawford wasn't even in the division when Spence won his belt, after fighting years to get the mandatory.
People in this forum don't think a p4p fighter deserves a fight with Spence but Haney is entitled to a Loma fight. It's that fanboy mentality. Blatant ducks are justified by pathetic excuses and other fighters who are actually trying to unify belts are called coward because they won't immediately fight the young prospect everyone's got a hard on for.

Errol is going to fight the guy who beat danny garcia
:lol1:
Why can't Bud send Ugas an offer? Doesn't bud want revenge for ugas beating his ass in the amateurs?
Ugas would be a good fight for Bud. I agree.
Who wouldn’t want a Spence /Crawford fight 2 prime unbeaten fighters who look like World Beaters facing off.
The thing for me is Spence is bursting at the seems at 147 and 147 is about as big as Bud can Go there’ll be a big size difference if they do fight which may determine the outcome
