Tyson Fury's reputation in the United States will not be affected by his gruelling 12-round victory over relative unknown Otto Wallin, according to the boxer's promoter Frank Warren. However, it remains to be seen whether the deep cut he received above his right eye, and a smaller one on the eyelid, will impact the scheduling of his highly-anticipated rematch with Deontay Wilder. Well said.
I think you could argue Furys stock grew. He went through adversity, dug deep, and went to war. Did what champions do.
And I've been telling people for years now Furys inside game is top notch, last night he reminded the doubters who doubt Fury, and the doubters who doubt 'wraps.
If his eye holds in a Wilder rematch it's all Fury and UD or late TKO
What a gutty performance by Fury. His cut eyes and bloody wanker face reminded me of Vitali against Lewis. Only difference is this fight wasn't stopped.

Ah right, a bum.
Good to see you openly identify yourself to the world as a numbskull, by saying that about fighters at the top of the game that you don't like.
Well if he ever gets in ring again with Wilder I might change my mind but until then hes a scared bum

Wahhhh wah
His rep has been affected stateside due to this performance.
Fury's rep will be higher after that tremendous fight. You could hear from the reaction of the crowd in attendance how much they enjoyed what they were seeing ... a real blood and guts slugfest.
Skills and heart are what Tyson is all about, and he's showed plenty of both in his three US comeback fights. How can anybody call him boring after that?
What Frank is really saying is, many already knew fury was a bum, so as Frank is explaining, his current low standing is actually nothing new and yes he is still viewed, low in the standings, i.e. this disaster has not affected his standings in any way

Wow...Neverseen so much Karma handed out in one year.
These man fans just can’t catch a break. Keep spinning, keep lying and keep losing.
^^^^^ What does that post mean?
It's missing a lot of essential details to make sense, and reads like mutton-brained angry troll thoughts.
I thought it was a good and entertaining fight- Fury came through a tough night, went a long time with a big cut and still won.
Wallin stayed completely unafraid to throw down, mighty performance from him. He's worked hard to get the profile of shot he's been after and his performance at the weekend will serve him well.
