Sounds like I'm fighting the good fight then
War Vodka, errrrrrr I mean Kovalev
Exactly. Kovalev has been on the big stage before with the best and the fight is in his home town so...

I find it impossible to predict, but I voted Kovalev on points because of his great jab, good movement, and proven ability to use them well against top class opponents.
If I can't predict anything about how a fight will pan out, I always go with experience, and there is a chasm of it separating these two guys.

Kovalev TKO around 7
His jab will trouble/bust up Yarde

I normally would have said Kovalev, but something makes me think this guy gets lucky and stops Kovalev. Kovalev has looked very fragile after fighting Ward.
Tbf i wouldnt be surprised if Kovalev knocked him out in 1 or 2 rounds, but i think he is going to be super cagey early on, box and not throw alot for the first 3 rounds, just jabbing & having a look at yarde... and then he starts to open up in the 4th, catching Yarde with big right hooks, Yarde tries to fight back but gets caught more and more clean, in the 5th round Yarde walks into a huge right hand and gets knocked out cold.
When this fight was first rumored to happen Kovalev was pretty much everyone's pick. A mismatch many said. As time has passed I notice lots of more Yarde by KO predictions. I think the young lion might put down the old veteran.
I say Kovalev by KO mid-rounds
I gotta say, though, with so many people predicting a Yarde stoppage the last few days, and Tunde being so confident, I'm starting to think that maybe Yarde can pull it off. I'm rooting for Yarde, anyway, I just wish he'd shut up about those lions
I am pretty sure Kovalev knocks Yarde out. I am not dead sure because Yarde has all those KO wins and has never lost or been knocked down. Yarde's best opponent was ranked 36th in the world by boxrec and now he is jumping from number 36 to Kovalev. He has a strange trainer and did no sparring for Kovalev. Nothing Yarde has done suggests that he can beat Kovalev who looked very good last fight.
