All the aj and Eddie hearn fans don't understand how things work in American court, you guys think that signing a contract means your legally bound, but terms of contracts change everyday, yeah Ruiz signed the contract under the terms at the time however his earning potential and profile have increased, and no judge will force him to fight in a foreign country for a set amount not based on his current status, just like child support contracts get changed if a persons earnings go up,this is no different,I guarantee hearn kicks up some more money for Ruiz before this ever goes to court
As long as I get to see your hero Andy have his ''legacy'' removed in brutal fashion.
''1st Mexican HW champ''
One and done :lol1:
He reminds me of a really fat version of Jeff Horn.
That's cause youre stupid.
Andy got millions more by holding out. You probably still think he's gonna get sued though. Lol.
So much for security concerns. Fat Ass was given some crumbs and now the fight is set.
Lol. Do you secretly enjoy being wrong and looking stupid? The safety concerns are the reason he got paid "crumbs". (Btw are you a billionaire?) I bet his payday is closer to 20 mill now. Sounds like fat boy knows how to stay fat.
Let me guess, No fights will ever be held in the UK again !!!!
Ruiz is a pussay
Noooo . You called Ruiz a pussay .
Now I must offend you or your favorite boxer / promoter right ?
Anyway ...
I punked you with facts . You had a childish comeback .
Your boring .
This is factually false.
Americans are advised to exercise caution when travelling to Saudi Arabia and specifically towns near the border with Yemen. There is no caution against travelling to Saudi Arabia. The UK, France, Germany, and Mexico have the exact same level of travel as advisory.
Have you actually looked at the different levels of advisory?
Level 1: Exercise normal precautions
Level 2: Exercise increased caution
Level 3: Reconsider travel
Level 4: Do not travel
How do you get "Americans are advised against travel.." from Saudis level 2 advisory? Seriously, anybody using this as an argument in support of Ruiz's negotiations for more money is a moron.
If Andy doesnt feel safe there then he should't go. The US has advised him to be cautious and he apparently ia taking that seriously.
Americans are cautioned against going to Saudi Arabia. No US court will force him to fly there to honor that contract.

Your argument that Saudi Arabia is too dangerous to travel to has no merit. According to the US Saudi Arabia is no more dangerous than the UK, Germany and France. Those countries are less dangerous than the US itself. :lol1::dunce:
They are less dangerous to their own citizens but not for Americans.
How come you don't know that?
The US is more dangerous than the UK. You idiot. Your argument has no merit. Move along idiot.
Huh? So you're saying US policy in a US court will have no merit? Lol. Just lol bro.
Level 2 is nothing. The UK is level 2 FFS.

What's your point? I said it since the beginning, this fight should be in Vegas.
The US isnt issuing advisories just to keep busy. That the US recognizes the UK as a shiiiit hole has no bearing on this case anyways.
Risky on both sides I'm sure which is why NEITHER really wants to go to Court lets be honest
That is why Lawyers get paid the big money, to sort BS like this out
US MILITARY personnel are cautioned against travelling to Saudi Arabia. We have travel advisory's to at least 40 nations so using that legal argument won't hold up in court.
"Exercise increased caution in Saudi Arabia due to terrorism and the threat of missile and drone attacks on civilian targets"
That was taken from the dept of state travel advisory website.
No court in the US is gonna send a tax paying American to Saudi Arabia to get short changhed and possibly killed. Are you fkn crazy?
A rematch clause is a contract.
As i said earlier, the rematch clause has to have the purses in it or a fighter can get out of a rematch by not accepting the purse.
FFS you're unbelievably dumb with zero common sense.
Bro stop wasting your time with people who don't have the basics when it comes to contract law.

Sorry but ''deserves'' are objective/subjective. That's why we have legally binding contracts.
It'a really not. Money owed based on revenue increasing is sorted out in courts all the time.
I was comparing your reasoning. You think Ruiz can get out of it because the value has changed, then people should be able to get out of mortgages if the value changes. Same logic. Same outcome. It won't happen. Fighters would be doing it all the time if that was the case, want to name some fighters that have? :dunce::lol1:
You can negotiate a new contract with new terms. I did with my mortgage and it was to my benefit and not the bank’s, but they did it anyway.
Ruiz has some leverage. He can hold out and hurt AJ’s career and maybe splinter the belts up ... so Eddie has incentive to work out a deal that Andy will agree to.
He may not. He may be willing to go to court. He may be posturing. But Andy says his side is negotiating with Matchroom and if that’s true then it means Eddie wants to make the fight rather than go to court.
We’ll see how it plays out. But while a contract may be ironclad, it doesn’t mean the terms cannot be renegotiated. As said, I’ve done it myself.
The bold though :lol1:
I don't think we really know if that's exactly what Ruiz agreed to. Any amount agreed to though was before a 100 mill offer was made.
Even if Hearn has a strong legal case, (he does) sharing the new money with Ruiz is the right thing to do. I can't believe you "fans" of boxing are so against fighters getting what they deserve.
It changes nothing. Ruiz has a contract he has to honour.
Why are you against a fighter getting money he deserves?
NOBODY was offering 100 mill before Andy made AJ look stupid. The interest in a rematch is not always guaranteed. Ruiz' performance though is why there is now increased interest. That equals money. I guarantee you at this rate Hearn will make more than Ruiz. Hearn shouldnt be making more than the fighters, man. Come on.
Name on paper ENDS THE NEGOTIATIONS unless the other side is nice enough to allow changes.
I'd still like your take on the situation if places were reversed.
It's a sad day when supposed FANS OF BOXING let a grown assed man weasel his way out of something he signed
If places were Reversed and Haymon / PBC was accused of allowing a fight to go through knowing their fighter tested dirty for Two PED's and didn't tell the opponent ( not to mention the glove contravercy ) ?
Heck no I wouldn't be mad at AJ for being cautious about dealings with the Accused party . Regardless of a rematch clause .
I would be mad at Hearn if he didn't at least try n prevent his fighter from being put in a shady situation with ( accused ) shady people .
Or maybe you were just under a rock and didn't read about the huge Contravercy surrounding the Whyte / Rivas fight .
Look it up . It's a good read.
