I can't believe how deluded people are...This is professional prize fighting where there are many talented individuals choping at the bit. I think Joshua is very talented, I also think he has to show he is capable. Ruiz is an excellent fighter but Joshua has to show he can function against adversity. Otherwise Fury, Wilder, etc are not going to fight him.
A good strategic move would be to make a fight with Ortiz. It would sell big and If he beats him in more impressive fashion than Wilder, it keeps the AJ/Wilder fight on everyone’s radar.
If he gets knocked out by Ruiz again, the last thing he'll do is fight another big puncher with far superior boxing skills like Ortiz.
He'll probably fight some soft touches and then cash out against Fury or Wilder.
Regardless of he wins the rematch or not he needs to leave Mckraken and makes some major changes.
If he does lose then it will force his hand, he would need a major rebuild to bring his confidence back.
It is over, mentally I don't think he is strong enough to recover based on the things he is saying this past week. Seems like he is already breaking honestly
If he loses to Andy again then the Usyk, Hrgovic, Dubois, Fury, Dillian Whyte Bandwagons will fill up with new Passenger :lol1:
He can either pick himself up and rebuild via Wladimir Klitschko, Lennox Lewis style, but that's not easy to do, or the easier option is to go for broke against Wilder and or Fury for some big paydays and then consider hanging it up.
A good strategic move would be to make a fight with Ortiz. It would sell big and If he beats him in more impressive fashion than Wilder, it keeps the AJ/Wilder fight on everyone’s radar.
He starts over and has to rethink things, its a gamble but hes not in any position to back out,you would know this if you actually fought Larry ? lol
What are you going to do when I punch the shi.t out of you ,? That's more a real question on here isn't it ? Because as promised its going to happen either tomorrow or 2 two years but its coming....:birthday:
man shut up and make it happen..simple as that...bring it on ive been waiting....not sure why you think you are so scary...
Canelo sold his soul to DAZN, just like Ruiz signed his life away on a paper. DAZN owns Canelo - AJ is his own man. He took over $30 million for a fight on DAZN, then told DAZN to fu..ck off and he's about to triple that $30million in Saudi Arabia, lol.
How much did DAZN pay Canelo for 6 yrs? $395 million? AJ will probably make that in the next 3 yrs without DAZN bossing him around like a slave the way they're doing Canelo. So don't compare a boss to a slave - two different things.
Canelo isn't a global draw, AJ is. Don't compare the two.
No one can tell Canelo who to fight, we just saw what happens when you do. He made DAZN tap out and they expanded his list of possible opponents from two, to almost 7 :lol1: Canelo has all the leverage, DAZN would lose 90% of their subscribers without him. Facts.
Listen I have nothing against Joshua, I just don't see him beating Ruiz in the rematch. If he does lose that fight, he could only dream of making the amount of money Canelo is raking in now. We just have to wait and see.
These fat yanks really think global = the shi..thole USA. LMAO.
AJ is the biggest name in boxing globally. He might not be as big as Canelo in your country, but everywhere else on the globe - he's the biggest name in boxing.
Don't cry now, muppets.
Joshua is only recognized in the Americas as the guy who got knocked out by a fat guy. Canelo is the P4P #1, has the largest guaranteed contract in boxing history, and he proved he's his own boss by making DAZN capitulate and allowing him to choose his own opponent. Canelo is the face of boxing. Period.
The obvious answer is: to making gay porn.
I mean, his fanbase won't change at all, and will probably love the move. They would even get to watch him in action more often than before.
When he is ready to retire from that, he can end it ironically, doing a whole movie where is the 'bottom' for a fat mexican man.
Depends on how he loses etc
But I don't think he will lose the rematch.
Joshua strikes me as a fighter that would not want to leave the game on a loss regardless.
Well, he's very popular in France, hence he was able to sign the captain of the French Olympic team to AJBXNG, his management company. And when Tony Yoka turned pro, the French were calling him the French AJ.
He had an eight figure offer last year in Japan to fight the Japanese heavyweight in an exhibition fight in Japan. He turned it down because he's still focused on big fights and undisputed crown.
AJ is the biggest name in boxing in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and South America. Now, that's global for fat yanks. LMAO.
He is not known in France at all no one would recognize him walking down the street
Post a link on this 8 figure exhibition in Japan, you really think he is a bigger name there than Murata or Inoue :lol1:
Sorry to break the news to you, but professional boxing is prize fighting and also a popularity contest. Cash rules.
And that has what to do with this thread?
