Team Joshua don’t want to go back to the scene of the first fight, Team Ruiz don’t want to go to the UK. Neutral ground that probably came up with the biggest money can host it, it satisfied both camps. None of them can say why Arabia..

One day they will pull of a big fight there and everyone will get paid well for it. It will be interesting to see if it's this fight though, this one is high profile.

Guess either Ruiz had more power than Hearn let on or that Saudi Arabia is paying a lot more than other sites. Well the truth is that rematch clauses have nothing to do with sanctioning bodies. Ruiz is in some aspects free to fight someone else, but he would be sued into a hole in the ground by Hearn. But given the fact that everyone in the industry is playing all-or-nothing games right now, that happening can’t be ruled out.... so it looks like a neutral venue was the best from where Hearn was sitting
