Screw it. Bring on Pac-Spence

If Mikey was doing damage Spence woulda been relentlessly doing damage and that fight woulda been stopped. And thats why he would hurt Manny. Manny is gonna do damage from speed n experience the first half a fight. But he aint gonna be able to keep up with Spence ferocious pace. People judging him off that Mikey "boxing clinic" too much. They forgetting Spence's bread n butter which was om full display vs Kell Brook With the current version of Manny, I cannot disagree on this one. But if it was the 2010 version of Manny (or anywhere close that version) it would be a different story.

Depends on which Spence shows up, he fought so much different vs Mikey and it was great.

It's funny to think that the hardest body puncher at welterweight might just be the former flyweight. Both Broner and Thurman keeled from those body shots. And it looked really bad. I've compared the Spence Garcia fight with Pac Thurman fight side by side. Spence was a tad slower than Thurman. Considering his size, physique, and technical work which is a disadvantage when you're fighting someone so unconventional.

Manny would never fight just to survive which would open him up for the likelihood of getting stopped. Not saying it will happen but the styles and disposition of the fighters matter. Manny is not gonna go into survival mode and he is gonna land punches but he not gonna be able to keep up the pace after round 5 when Spence goes into Terminator mode like he did vs Brook. We all saw Manny slow down vs Thurman...Now just think him winning rounds vs Spence then slowing down Spence gonna become relentless and walk Manny down. It will look like that round Manny was getting fcked up by Margirto but for the last 6 rounds smh

In all seriousness, I think Pacquiao has a better chance than what people are saying. He's a live dog. Pacquiao can hang with any of the top welters today. I think Bud will be the hardest due to the ridiculous reach and style advantage. Size is not what beats pacquiao. It's counterpunching and controlling the pace of the fight. But I believe he has the ability to beat all of them even as a 40 year old vet. Should Pacquiao lose, he'll be boosting Spence' stock. Fought the best in the division, comes up short. Nothing to be ashamed of. And boxing has a new face. Go out in a blaze of glory. Should he win, he'd basically be boxing Jesus.

Thurman is much much faster than Spence and probably hit as hard and if pac can catch thurman with that straight left hand that knock him down then it's very possible that pac can knock down Spence ass if ever they fight. Maybe in some ways he's faster, but when things get gnarly Spence can throw very fast combinations. Thurman likes those big looping shots that aren't as fast as straight punches or hooks.

I have never seen Manny tried to survive against Thurman. It was the other way around. Manny would give Spence hell. If Manny toyed with a 5'11 behemoth Margarito in his prime, and fought toe to toe against a great 5'7 1/2 great technical puncher like Thurman in his 40s, then I see Spence vs Manny as 50/50 fight. Before Thurman, I thought Spence would eat Manny alive After Thurman, it's Spence vs Manny is 50/50 fight. Porter might even expose Spence a little.

I thought Pac was off his rocker for taking on Thurman! I was on the edge of my seat the whole fight and those middle rounds were brutal for Pac. Spence is flat out NUTZ! Pac ain't backing down. It is not in his nature or style. Dude fights fire with fire. Pac will not dance around the ring. That being said, when will the whole age thing catch up to Pac? It almost got him last Saturday. Spence is big. Margarito hurt Pac in his prime. The old dude don't deserve that. If Pac's handlers and people really think he can beat Spence and not get hurt trying, who am I to doubt his peeps? The Ol' Guy has given us some memorable fights. Hopefully someone in his inner circle will have that "Come to Jesus" talk with Pac and convince him to hang'em up.

Naw, rather see Pac vs a big name or just retire.
